Well, NFC North is fun this year:

Chicago - 7-3
Minnesota - 5-4-1
Green Bay - 4-5-1
Detroit - 4-6

Detroit HAS to beat Chicago on Thursday (I don't have much hope).

Jon's getting rid of everyone and Jay needs a QB. Assuming they can make the cap numbers work, the deal makes sense for both sides. Carr's not a bad QB, he's just in a terrible situation right now.

Then they still need to replace Smith, which means they either pay another QB anywhere from $10-$20+ million or draft a rookie and hope he can succeed.
They're gonna keep Smith around at the very least to mentor whoever's next for them. If the money's already guaranteed and they can't find a way out of it, then they might as well get something from him.

The offense is a weird mix of being too veteran and too young at the same time. The defense is very good and relatively young, though. If they can keep that intact (minus Norman, who may leave in the offseason but should be a survivable loss), there's still upside for the Skins in the short term. They mainly need to figure out what their next moves are at QB and RB.

I love this thing but perhaps I'm not using it correctly, where are the Jets?

After watching Wabo's team run the offense last night, not entirely sure I want DiFilippo as the next NYJ HC, woof.

They drafted Darrius Guice in the second round this year. He tore his ACL in the preseason but looked really promising before that so as long as he doesn't have any complications in his recovery they should be fairly set with Guice, Chris Thompson, and Samaje Perine at running back.

No AP? Was he just a one year deal?

I wouldn't trust a 34 year old back to be my bellcow again.

Yeah, one-year minimum salary deal for AP. It's certainly possible they could bring him back but they could be content with who they have depending on his salary demands.

True, forgot about Guice. But he’s coming off a serious injury and is still unproven in the pros. Bibbs has looked good in limited playing time so far. Also, I know he’s not a RB but Tre Quinn looked good yesterday.

Sanchez just needs to play for the Giants to collect the entire NFC East.

Thanksgiving will be 6 years to the day this happened, as Schefter tweeted.

Maybe I should pick up Philly defense! They still have to play Washington twice. We get quadruple points for a butt fumble.
