An "unnamed source" can be a disgruntled player, someone in the front office, a former player or employee... I'm not sure how Kitchens can know with 100% certainty that an "unnamed source" is one of his assistant coaches. Sounds like an easy wrongful termination suit.

But yeah, it'll be interesting lol

Heh, it could be the janitor. When will players/staff understand that you don’t need to talk all the time. Winning does all the talking a team needs.

ESPN's Josina Anderson reports Ezekiel Elliott will not play in 2019 without a new contract.

Anderson's source went on to say it is not likely Elliott's holdout continues into the regular season because Jerry Jones wants to get something done prior to Week 1 -- NFL Network's Jane Slater reports Dallas has a "generous" offer on the table. Perhaps that is true, but Le'Veon Bell taught fantasy players to take this kind of statement seriously. At this point, Elliott has to be moved down draft boards.

Big difference as Zeke doesn’t have nearly the leverage, outside of production, that Bell did.
Zeke is still on his rookie deal and sitting out only pushes his remaining salary totals back a year. Bell was on his 2nd tag and knew there was no way Pitt could/would pony up the ~$26mil it would’ve cost to keep him from entering free agency.

By all means Zeke, stay in Mexico...drink a bunch and make poor decisions.

I know it's an increasingly replaceable position but Zeke is one of the few RBs I'd argue is worth the money.

And the jury's still out on Le'Veon until we see how well he does this season.

IMO, a guy with all the talent in the world that doesn't use his brain isn't worth the money.

I completely agree, but he's basically the engine of that offense so I gotta think they'll pay to keep him. Of course if they pay him AND Dak, then I dunno what they do with Cooper and others.

But hey, if Zeke wants to hold out a few games or the whole season, far be it from this Philly fan to complain

I would give Zeke his money if he wasn't such a knucklehead. On the field he is the best rb the past 3 seasons. Off the field he's another dumb incident from 6 games.
