You do Realize the NFL will NEVER address Ruggs. The guy killed someone going 156mph. He was released by the raiders the same day, Ruggs is done. NFL in event of being called as a witness IE CTE defense, ill be the lawyers are telling everyone to just STFU and let it pass.
