Even the Packers fan in the room thinks the Bears were robbed.

But at least the one positive thing that came out this is Fields' poise. He's already showing promise, and that attitude will hopefully continue to help carry him.

The thing he does with the shoulders the arms the staring.

I think by the time this season is finished Fields will be considered the best rookie QB.

OBJ is said to be eyeing Chiefs, Packers and Saints. Not sure why the Saints would be an option, you wanna ride with Siemian or Hill for the rest of the season? AFC West is a logjam and the Chiefs have been too inconsistent to believe they'll break away from that.
Pack is the best option here, assuming they have money to make it happen. Rodgers throwing to him and Adams would be scary.

From what I read, the Packers are only offering the veteran minimum as they don't have a lot of cap space, and OBJ doesn't strike me as someone who's ready to take that. We'll see, obviously. But as a Packers fan, I'm not sure how I feel about this overall. Would love to finally have a solid tandem to Adams, but his past antics scare me at the same time.

I also thought the Seahawks would claim him. They have the cap space. And apparently that was OBJ's preferred destination?

He wasn't claimed off waivers because anyone that one does want him knew they'd get him cheaper by signing him outright for the rest of the season.
All sources say he wants to play for a playoff bound team, not looking like that will be the case for SEA. Even if they pulled off a miracle and won out, it doesn't appear that LAR and ARI are going to slow down.

I should'a clarified that was more in reference to Carroll's cryptic comments, which had me reading into and believing that they were going to claim him, even if it was already expected nobody would claim him.

yeah not sure if that was to keep the fanbase intrigued in what is probably a lost season or getting other teams to call his bluff or what

You can get a feel for the game & see how its going.
I had BAL -1.5 in a teaser but 3rd qtr i bailed & bet MIA moneyline so basically broke even.
