Tom Brady is an elite quarterback and a defensive player will never be NFL MVP. That is a ridiculous homer prediction. Even if Ware gets 30 sacks, he won't win. I would be shocked if anyone but Rodgers wins the MVP this year. He is on pace for about 5400 yards, 45 TDs, and about 7 picks and that's leaving out his rushing stats.

Lawrence Taylor was league MVP in 1986 but to be fair we didn't have QBs having the seasons Brees and Rodgers are having right now.

what? u could argue the others but why isn't he awesome this season?

You mean besides the Bills game and the last two games the Patriots have been in? Granted a lot of those picks weren't his fault but they still count. I just don't see the same level of play from Tom Brady that we saw from about 2002-2007.

I don't know why you won't include Brady in there. Brady has had 1 less game to do his damage and isn't far behind. If you're gonna point to Brady's 8 picks, Brees has 8 picks also, and watch Brady's interceptions. Most of those plays were tipped balls or he was hit as he threw.

the only picks that are really his fault are the 2 in the Bills game where he literally just missed a window of inches and the Bills defense played out of their minds to make the interception

and they won the other 2 out of those 3 games u listed

he was on bye but still averaging more yards per game than rodgers and brees and just a tad bit behind in touchdowns to Rodgers but still ahead of Brees

Brady also has never had more picks than touchdowns in a game while Brees already has 2 games with more picks than touchdowns

They're all great QBs who have all won Championships, but Brady is still the king in my mind. His 3 Rings and 2 Superbowl MVPs back that up.

Brady could basically retire today and be a 1st ballot Hall of Famer.

I AM THE SOLE SURVIVOR!!!!!!

Back on track, when Flacco is clearly having a bad game, run 40 times. Seriously. This loss is all on Flacco and Cam Cameron. I would be frakkin ecstatic if either one of them was replaced. I hope more than anything the Ravens AGGRESIVELY pursue this potential trade with the Colts for either Peyton Manning or their draft pick to use on Andrew Luck. I'm sorry, but year after year we hear about Joe Flacco "breaking out" as elite, it AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN. The sooner the Ravens realize that, the better.

I could seriously see Ray Lewis and Ed Reed both retiring if this terrible offense continues.

IMO Rodgers already has the MVP wrapped up unless Green Bay starts losing games badly.

How bout them Jaguars baby! Going to enjoy this one for a bit. We play the Texans so if we can come in there play defense like we did in the 2nd half against the Steelers, and consistent last night against the Ravens. We might have another shot.

We just need to score freakin TD's on offense! That's are only problem.

More like how bout that Tebow shoving it in Elways face ... He's already tied Elway for most 4th quarter comebacks in Bronco's history in 4 games .

Cam Newton owning the redskins

Hey moviefan what do you think of Maybin having 3 sacks and 3 FF in 4 games so far this year. If I'm not mistaken, he never had a sack with you guys . So glad we swapped the Kraken for Maybin. If he can learn to play the run better, he would be a beast.

Tebow tied Elway for most comebacks when trailing by at least 13 in the 4th quarter, not overall 4th quarter comebacks. Elway had 34 career 4th quarter comebacks.

Vikings waived WR Bernard Berrian.
Berrian's off-field antics far outweighed his on-field production. He was a healthy scratch in Week 5 for missing meetings and was inactive again last Sunday. When in uniform, Berrian was among the least productive receivers in the NFL, catching just seven passes for 91 yards in five games despite seeing 23 targets. The Vikings will go forward with Percy Harvin, Michael Jenkins and Devin Aromashodu as their top three wideouts. Berrian is now subject to waivers as the trade deadline has passed.

I posted that as soon as it went up on Rotoworld, you must've missed it. The thinking is Torain is going to get hurt as well and then all you will have is Helu, Redskins about to be very thin at RB, might have to lure Clinton Portis out of retirement.
