Rob Gronkowski is a beast, anyone see him refuse to go down even with Polamalu piggy backing him?

Does anyone know at what point they usually release the following season's schedule?

Anyone else find it amusing when they show Jim Tressel up in the Colts team booth during the game? A year ago this guy had one of the best coaching gigs in football as head coach at Ohio St. Now he's "instant replay consultant" (whatever the hell that means) for the worst team in the NFL. Wonder if what he's doing now is considered above or below water boy level.

I don't think it's till a few months before preseason that they give actual dates and times. But aren't the match ups already determined? I'm pretty sure the non-conference games just rotate each season.

It is usually released in April about before the NFL Draft.

Way to go Chiefs! Good to be back atop the AFC West. Oh, and ahahahaha Philip Rivers. Go cry in your corner.

On a side note, ESPN please do your research on Chiefs players. How do you butcher pronouncing Tamba and Steve Breaston. As the NFL Live crew likes to say, C'MON Man!

First time in how many years this has happened? I'm just glad that the Chiefs are being competitive (and winning). Should be interesting the rest of the season.

Sadly, it probably won't be for long. Been dealing with a pretty serious health issue.

Back on topic, can I get some love for Derrick Johnson...how about defensive player of the week. Box score line from tonight:

13 tackles, 1 Int, 1 Sack, 2 Hurries, 2 QB hits, 2 PD, 3 TFL

I'm glad we signed him to a long-term deal.

I'm trying. Thanks though.

Man do I love football. I'm so glad they reached the deal to have a season. I don't think anything can top the NFL.

The Newark Star-Ledger reports that Hakeem Nicks' Monday MRI showed his right hamstring is "all good," and he's considered day to day heading to Week 9.
The Star-Ledger's report cites a person who was informed of the MRI results. Nicks may be limited in practice this week, but it doesn't sound like he's in much danger of missing Week 9 at New England. Fantasy owners can breathe a sigh of relief. Through seven games, Nicks is averaging nearly six catches for over 82 receiving yards. He'll be a WR1 again in another plus matchup.

Brady looks like a sitting duck when his line fails him

Steelers over Packers is my super bowl pick

Colts... routine 14 win seasons with Peyton Manning to 0-8, they could go winless the way the team is playing

Packers could very well lose in the play-offs unless their running game improves, Rodgers won't be enough every week and that defense is hardly impregnable.
