Kid? He's a freaking old man by NFL standards (30 and in his eighth season)

His 2008 and 2009 seasons are solid, but it's taken until now for him to perform week in and week out.

I speak of the regular season of course.

He did a fantastic job in the Super Bowl but that Tyree reception was the least likely reception in NFL history.

Colts play Jacksonville next week, followed by a bye week. After the bye week they play Carolina. Those are the Colts two most winnable remaining games. If they lose both I could see Caldwell getting axed.

Hard to say. I could see the Colts going 0-16 and Caldwell still not being fired. I don't care about Peyton being out of action, there's no excuse for the Colts being this bad.

He's doing a great job. They currently have sole possession of the #1 pick in the draft

Was watching highlights earlier today and I saw someone wearing a #12 Colts jersey that said Luck on the back. That is just sad.

LOL... Maybe that really is the point. He's doing such a horrible job coaching may be better keeping him on. In the last 15 or so years the two best college QB prospects IMO have been Peyton Manning and Andrew Luck. And there's a good chance the Colts get to draft both.

they could beat jacksonville but cam newton has the panthers playing well enough to win
