i'm just happy we have the weather and our crowd as an advantage for as long as we're in the playoffs.

Beast.

I wonder what the payout is on that? In-fact I wonder what a vegas payout is on an NFL game, does it change game to game? I'd figure its got to.
The money line (which is what it's called when you bet on a team to win) changes based on the spread. The Pats were a 6 point favorite against the Broncos, so a $1 million bet on the money line would have paid out around $500,000. Floyd has been known to bet huge sums on random games so it's not out of the question that he really bet $1 million on the Patriots. He often tweets his big wins, like when he won $37,000 last season on a random March Bulls game, but never tweets when he loses, so it's unknown how successful a gambler he actually is.

Wins and Losses aren't a QB statistic, shocking as that may be to the Tebow-ites.

Well Tebow's record as a starter this year could easily drop to 7-4 after Sunday, really not that impressive at all. People say he's going to work on his mechanics in the off-season but the guy's been playing football all his life, not sure how much it's going to help. Florida boy may never get used to playing in the cold.

According to NFL Network's Michael Lombardi, the Chiefs will "make an effort" to re-sign impending free agent Kyle Orton as a competitor for Matt Cassel in 2012.
Orton is a better passer than Cassel, but he could be facing a rigged competition if the Chiefs end up bringing in the pro-Cassel Josh McDaniels as coordinator or head coach-in-waiting. On the other hand, Orton is not certain to land more money or a better opportunity with another team.

I see the Giants winning at BEST 6 of those games with their roster as is, we're not much better off unless we can enhance our defense and our offensive line in the off-season.

The O-line is young and can grow. The secondary is hopeless if Jones doesn't realize that the star doesn't make the talent, rather than the other way around.

Peyton "Madden Curse" Hillis believes in the curse now

WTF? Schottenheimer and Rob Ryan are head coaching candidates? They're not even doing that good a job as coordinators.

Rob HAS improved our defense, not his fault we don't have that much talent back there. Went from 31st against scoring last year to 14th this year and we were a top 5 defense for the first month of the season. We have an inconsistent pass rush and a sieve for a secondary, coaching can't really fix that.

Im really disappointed in my Falcons this year. The Defensive is horrible and so is the play calling. Mike Smith is a defensive guru so I think they should fire the Do Coordinator, get rid of mularky and get some D help...specially the secondary

Lot of crybabies on that Falcons team

Saints running up the score boo hoo

Falcons had no problem doing the same thing to those poor Jaguars the week before

A lesson for some NFL owners. RT @taniaganguli: Wayne Weaver told @JohnOehser that in hindsight, he never should have fired Tom Coughlin.

I THINK
AFC East
NFC West
AFC South
Same place finisher in AFC West
Same place finisher in AFC North

Regarding your quote about Wayne Weaver firing Tom Coughlin as the Jags coach. The problem with Coughlin was during our time when we were Super Bowl contenders in the 90's especially for a very young expansion team. Our team was way over the salary cap. We had too many talented players on both sides of the ball. When we couldn't afford it as we had to rely on draft picks and veteran players. To this day, I remember when one of our local Jag analyst said back in 1999 that the 99-00 season is the last chance the Jags could win a Super Bowl before the team starts breaking apart due to the salary cap. During that time I didn't believe what he said about the salary cap issues for our team. Well, during the 1999 season. The Jags finished 14-2 with the best record in the NFL, and lost to the only team that defeated us that year were the Titans. 2 in the regular season and the heart breaking loss in the AFC Championship game. After that, we went maybe 6-10 a few years, fired Coughlin, then hired Del Rio and made the Playoffs twice during the Del Rio era. I do blame Del Rio for very poor judgement on 1st Round picks, and the terrible FA signings.

EDIT: So if Coughlin was still our coach. Would I think he would of fixed the teams salary cap issues? I don't know, but we had 3 straight losing seasons after our 1999 season and it was time for change. That was when blackouts started occurring in our city. It was time for change and we went with Del Rio which is pretty much the reason why he got fired. We needed change, and a new face.

He also only won a super bowl on the back of an outstanding Dline that played way over their heads (they haven't played like that run since), and a freak catch by a player who couldn't even stay in the league. I still think it was the right move to call it quits.

I will never give that giants team full credit for that super bowl (except the dline)
