Wow. That's so obscene it's almost hard to believe. What a joke.

Edit - I wonder if Seattle cut Owens because they didn't want him to mess with their young quarterback. Wilson has looked really good in preseason.

He has been AWFUL for us in preseason play. That's the reason we're trading for a more reliable backup. If Fitzy went down, no way Young could guide us to wins.

I agree, he is not very capable at this time and I really don't think he will be again. I like what they are doing up there with the Bills.

The Patriots have signed tight end Aaron Hernandez to a contract extension through 2018. The financial terms of the deal are not yet known. Hernandez had 2 years left on his rookie deal.

Apparently, the Cowboys also make sure Bryant's bills and finances are handled. That goes beyond someone being an idiot. That's basically raising someone and teaching them right from wrong. While the situation is destined to fail, whatever shortcomings Bryant has seem legitimate, IMO. He is literally a child in a grown man's body. He has to take responsibility for himself, but that's hard to do when you don't even realize you're supposed to be responsible.

Apparently Dez is a small child that we have to lead by the hand, hope it turns out to be worth it, so 1300+ yards and 12+ touchdowns this season.

but even so, is it worth it if he has that production but the Cowboys are 8-8? or just miss the playoffs in general? how long does a team keep a problem / nuisance if they aren't going anywhere?
