I don't think it's a good move at all. Giving up a 4th, maybe a 3rd, for a #3 WR (#4 if you count Vernon Davis). The only way they could justify it is if they think he can replace Boldin, but I don't see it.

The Patriots made some changes to their scouting after the Hernandez incidents, this report is after those changes. The fact that they looked into his father's family is probably representative of their focus on more personal background information.

Tebow couldn't throw, and still can't. I've only watched Manziel a few times, but I never got the impression that he couldn't throw. Reminds me of Doug Flutie more than anyone else, to be honest.

Ya, as many flaws as Manziel has he does at least have the basic fundamentals it takes to be an NFL QB. Tebow never had that.

Lol. I'd like to share this with everyone at the office so they know why Caldwell picked Blake over Johnny.

A 4th [maybe 3rd] round pick for someone else's 1a/1b receiver as Chandler didn't do much to distinguish himself from Johnson is a good move vs. trying to guess on a WR that late.

I can't believe we got that high a pick for Stevie Johnson. I do wish him the best, but he gets injured way too much to justify that contract. Robert Woods will be moving into the slot now more than likely. Sammy Watkins and Mike Williams on the edges and Robert Woods to the inside.

Know the last time a pro bowl WR was drafted in the 4th round... 2006 Brandon Marshall good luck with those odds

I hope the Steelers can get Louis Nix or Timmy Jernigan tonight. Or the big tight end from Texas Tech Jace Amaro.

WRs are good...QB is going to suck however

Bullshit. I can't wait to see what a healthy EJ Manuel can do with that kind of talent around him. We still need to find a RT though. Erik Pears is awful. I'm hoping we use our first pick tonight on the best OT available.

Stevie Johnson is a shell of what he was a few years ago. As soon as he got a nice contract his effort went way downhill.

3rd or 4th in the division and a losing record. The never should have included their first round pick next year, it's going to be in the Top 10.

A terrible trend in the NFL lately.

I'm glad the 49ers got him. Can't be worse than picking AJ Jenkins with the first pick.

Don't get me started on his drops and fumbles at the most inopportune times. There is a reason he was going to enter camp at our #4 receiver.

You couldn't be further from the truth. We're about to make a major move this season as we have all the pieces in place now. Worst case scenario we're looking at a wild card, but realistically speaking, we should be right there with New England challenging for the division title. This isn't the same old Bills anymore, this is the most talented team we've had since the Super Bowl years.

WORST case = Wild Card?!

I'm all for sticking up for your team. If the fans won't do it, who will?

But Worst Case ≠ Wild Card. That would be Best Case. IMO, they are third best in their division, and they have a brutal schedule. But if we are looking at the AFC, looks to me like NE, DEN, and IND are favorites to win their divisions. The AFC North is going to be tough. All 4 could be good, all 4 could be bad.

Between the AFC North, Miami, and San Diego, I don't see any room in the Wild Card for Buffalo.
