You're not supposed to win when u turn the ball over 4 or more times yet the Eagles have a chance to squeak away a win again.

They should have originally called intentional grounding on that play. In the end, the blown initial call greatly helped the Eagles.

It doesn't matter if he was out of the box, he threw it short of the line of scrimmage.

2) Under serious pressure - yes
3) 10 yards behind the line of scrimmage - yes
4) Ball short of the line of scrimmage - yes.

That was the very definition of intentional grounding.

*EDIT* Actually, if the ball is thrown short of the line of scrimmage it doesn't matter if he was out of box or not. It's intentional grounding.
