If you guys look at the replay when ref 85 raises his hands the ref signals TD thinking thats what ref 85 is calling it on the field, ****ing dumbass.

People keep wanting to act on plays like this one that the old referees were perfect, but they weren't. That's the reason they're locked out. They don't want to be reviewed and potentially fired if they blow calls, and the league wants to be able to hold them accountable. At least right now we have refs that the league can hold accountable, because they can replace them as they see fit.
a real ref would've reversed that call....no way Tate came down w/it.

watch the replay.

except it was an obvious shove in the back.

and no, Tate had 1 hand on it and it was against Jennings' chest when his knee hit the ground. that is not Off. posession.

That XP to end the game won me a fantasy game. GB's defense (my opponent's) lost 3 pts in one of my leagues, as I was down by .25 pts when it was 13-12.

That's exactly what I was saying. They shouldn't even have to look at each other. And where the hell does the one come up with the idea that it was a TD?!??! I just don't get it!!!

You CAN'T reverse that call. They can review whether there was a catch, but they cannot determine which player made the catch.

By the time they hit the ground, both of Tate's hands were on it.

The true refs have the NFL owners over a barrell right now. They should hold out and tell Goddell to fuch off. Goddell deserves this, stupid fuch.

Nothing like having a $9 Billion industry being screwed over but the NFL owners are greedy asses. Pay the players millions and nothing to the officials. This is what we get as fans for putting up with this crap.

This is worse than the SCAB players that the NFL employed years ago.

These refs are making the NHL playoff refs look like geniuses.

all scoring plays are reviewed this year. that call could've and should've been reversed.

they reversed the TD that jennings had saying he stepped out @ the 1....so yes, you can reverse a scoring play.

I wont hold my breath on that one, ratings i'm willing to bet for tonight will be through the roof which will give the NFL and more importantly owners no pressing need to make any change. This has nothing to do with with the commish and more to do with 32 team owners who don't want to be held hostage by what they think are replaceable commodities within this league.

These guys are use to reffing d3 college with about 100 people in the stands, i think what happened tonight was a ref letting the crowd intimidate him into a call, the ref should of had the usual round meeting in which they most likely would of seen the replay on the bigscreen and would of made the right call.

Pay nothing to the officials? I don't know any other part time job where you make what the refs do. Why should they get a pension when full time NFL employees don't even get one?

You can reverse a scoring play, yes. You cannot review the interception there. The former ref in the booth said as much. They can determine if he came down out of bounds. But the player comes down with the ball in his hands.

WTF are you talking about? Ref 85 ended the play with Jennings intercepting the ball then dumbass comes over and signals TD.

Is this bizarro world?

I'm not trolling. I'm calling it how I saw it. If you can't see Tate having both hands on the ball before either player is "down", you are the one that needs glasses.
