The long ball is the one throw Tebow can hit successfully, so agreed on that.

Sanchez is stuck in NY until after next year, it is what it is. If they could protect him he might not be so bad.

I think Sanchez has what it takes to be a good QB. NOT great, mind you. But one that could get you 25-30 TD's a year. There's been a few flashes that makes one think he would be OK on a better constructed team. But with no running game, who knows who at receiver, and a suspect O-line? The Jets are getting what they gave. Which isn't much.

The NFL has reinstated the bounty punishments. The players have 72 hours to appeal.

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has reduced the bounty-related suspensions of two New Orleans Saints players while upholding the punishments of two others.

Linebacker Scott Fujita's three-game suspension has been reduced to one while defensive end Anthony Hargrove's eight-game penalty has been trimmed to seven games.

The suspensions of linebacker Jonathan Vilma and defensive end Will Smith will remain the same.

Vilma is on the Saints' physically unable to perform list and will not be eligible to play this year but can keep the money he has been paid for his six weeks on the PUP list.

I'm starting to think Luck and Tannehill are going to be the NFL studs out of this past draft class instead of Luck and RGIII. I'm not sure how well RGIII's playing style transcends to the NFL game after watching him for several games. Russell Wilson looks completely lost.

RGIII has what it takes to be a great QB. He'll have to learn how to slide and not go for the big play when the 7-yard check down will do. But he's smart and has a good arm. Adjusting shouldn't be a problem.

I think Wilson is smart, too, but obviously doesn't have all the physical tools. Putting him out there now may not have been a good idea. But he's got a shot at being an above-average QB.

RG3 has the highest QB rating of any rookie and 5th highest in the NFL. He looks fine to me. He just needs to learn how to run out of bounds rather than sliding just inside the sideline to avoid massive hits like he suffered Sunday.

There's just something about RGIII where I don't think he will have a huge career. Luck and Tannehill have impressed me a lot more. I can't put my finger on it.

Coming into this season that was my thinking. I really though both RG3 and Tannehill were overrated. But thus far both have looked like solid NFL QB's. They both just need some help around them. Had Miami kept Marshall Tannehill's numbers would probably be even better.
