So was Joe Namath, and he got in based on one win . Like I said I'm not saying he isn't "good" I'm just saying he would be a little above Trent Dilfer if he wasn't surrounded the way he was.

Agree to disagree. Right now, Eli Manning is a very special player. It was rough for him when he first got in the league, but he's been spectacular the last several years.

And Grossman threw for 3,151 in 13 games with a by FAR worse team, so he's a tad better than Grossman

He's a good QB with good tools around him. I put him in the same group of QBs as Roethlisberger and Terry Bradshaw (though he's better than both). They had good running games, good defenses and a QB that can manage a game and make plays when they're needed.

It's the same as Matt Ryan (minus him having a defense). Take away his weapons, and he's just a solid QB. But he has the weapons that allow him to move the ball down the field when he needs to.
