The Ravens have signed Ricky Williams. It's reportedly a two-year deal worth up to $4 million.

Good signing for the Ravens, Ray Rice and Ricky Williams is a scary combo!

I like that signing. I would've preferred Reggie Bush, but with Vonta Leach I'm happy. This gives us a replacement for "McClain/McGahee" and will hopefully give Ray Rice some rest going into the playoffs.

On a recount, it's actually 10 players that have blown out their Achilles tendons since the start of training camp. Hopefully no more.

Im sorry and the Vikings record last year was what 6-10... The Lions was also 6-10... whats your point? It does not matter if you win by 100 points or a half a point winning is winning. The Lions stock is going up the Vikings not so much, last year with the please come back o king Farve who screwed us out of a Super Bowl appearance the year before by throwing a typical Bret Farve pass to O here comes Randy lets give away a 3rd round draft pick for him and cut him the next week to good bye Chily your the root of our problems... no the Vikings proved what direction they are headed.

Then the QB you drafted this year seriously WTF was that, the Lions at least Drafted for Depth, the Vikings drafted for the biggest laugh in the NFL, Mcnabb is not the wonder you proclaim him to be because as soon as thins do not go his way he will do what he did in Washington and Phily which is cry like a baby. You guys would have been better off giving a 3rd round pick to Denver for Orton when he was on the board.

Playoff appearances don't mean dick if you don't win the Super Bowl you end up in the same place as 31 other teams with a worse draft pick as a consolation.

The NFL announced today that the supplemental draft will be conducted on August 17. They didn't say who is eligible for the draft, but it's likely that Terrelle Pryor has been deemed eligible.

Ponder is going to be a good quarterback while Stafford is going to be injured over and over, I did not say anything about McNabb Orton is overated and the Broncos wanted a 2nd round pick for him which the Vikings is not to give up on! Oh yeah, I hate to say it, 0-16!

Thats why he was a projected Number 1 pick at 1x right but o yeah hes going to be a bust. The only reason he dropped as far as he did was because 7 of the top 13 ppl needed QB and CB, theoretically the Vikings should have Drafted Prince instead of the QB.

Personally I think the Vikings panicked after Tennessee Drafted that QB at what was it 7 or 8 that was who Minn wanted they were so desperate not to Resign Tarvaris they picked up who they did at number 12.

Every analyst said the Lions got a steal at Number 13 and essentially now have potentially the best D line in the game. The Williams wall is over both have been dominant for so long Minn has done nothing to bring up a new crew to replace them. The Lions are getting younger faster and more talented on the defensive side of the Line. Minn lost Sydney Rice to Seattle and now Have Mr Migrane Harvin and Mcnabb to run there O. AP can only take you so far and after 6 years thats a lot of wear and tear on a good RB.

Now lets look at the Lions Offensive side of the Line... Calvin, Best and Burleson. Minn has nothing offensively to match that and not to mention they have a new coach, possibly new scheme, and only 1 threat to stop. The Lions can fake to Best who is a very good back, look at his stats the first 4 games last year before the Turf Toe thing, and Drop it to Calvin all day on you or over to Burleson or 1 of our possible 2 Pro Bowl Tight ends this year.

So well be running up the score all year on the NFC North while most of you are to busy trying to get past KVB Suh Fairly Williams Avil Tulloch and Leavy. O yeah BTW behind our Line Tulloch is expected to net maybe 160-170 tackles this season. So seriously while the Vikings are looking at going down the Lions stock is going way up.

O and yes I do have my Owen # 16 Jersey because if it was not for that season nothing would have changed around here.

You think Tulloch will net 160-170 tackles this season? Seriously, the Lions will be the same old crappy team, no matter new or old players, they still suck, tell me, when the last time they had a winning record and made the playoffs? Remember Michael Williams and Charles Rogers? Both busts
