Being from Detroit we learned 2 things from that game, rules and refs are full of shit, Packers should have been penalized for that challenge flag, guess it proves if your a playoff team the rules get bent for you.
Atlanta got that penalty first

If we're going to lose let Demarco Murray beat us... Anyone but Dez punch my mother Bryant, or Miles my first down celebrations are lame Austin

Peterson is roughly 1,400 rush yards away from 10,000 career rush yards. (not including next week's playoff game performance) i think we all expect him to eclipse 10,000 rush yards for a career next year. in just his seventh season.

we could very well be watching the man who breaks Emmitt's all-time rush yards record (18,355).

Peterson from day 1 has been an absolute monster and great player to watch. easily my favorite and the probably the best player i've seen so far in my lifetime.

Or he could fall off a cliff like Shaun Alexander. Never know with RB's.

Peterson deserves mvp in every sense of the word, hes had multiple games where he outgained the qb in yards

Yeah AP should win MVP, OPOY, heck he'll probably be on the cover of Madden 2014.

very true, but you have to give Peterson some benefit of the doubt for coming back after a serious knee injury / injuries. i would not expect Peterson to fall off any time soon.

Hopefully he won't pull a Barry Sanders...

I'd rather Luck or Russell Wilson win it.

i could see him doing something similar, but not exactly like this.

he seems like a guy who wants to play all full force and be the workhouse. i don't think he'd want to go out like Emmitt Smith or some others who play beyond their staying time and scrap the bottom of the barrel, but then again, Smith still thought he could play, so who knows what the future holds.

i just hope the Vikings continue to build around him, i'd love to see him get a ring or two and who knows, maybe this will be the year he gets his!

I have an issue with the amazing resurrections that have taken place by QB's with far worse teams around them.

FYI Skins are 30th in YPG. Vikings 16th, Seahawks 4th, and Colts 25th.

I'll be pissed at that because I'll have been forced to stay up for the whole thing

Agree 1000%..... haven't seen a player dominate at his position since MJ's days with the Bulls. He's a special player indeed.
Definitely have to get to Minneapolis and see greatness live.

well, you could make a case for Washington and Indianapolis but not Seattle. they've had a great defense for years and were a QB away, which they now have.

my vote goes to AP of course because of his incredible year and all that went into returning from a serious knee injury. and we could sit here and list stats for probably 5 or so serious contenders for MVP, but i think it will be safe to say this will be one of the tightest races for MVP and many other awards for the first time in a very long time.

If you go watch the pocket collapse on Cousins when he tried to do normal drop backs you'll also see just how bad this oline is.

Big time Josh Morgan DROP!

Looks like I'll be going to bed early.
