What are you talking about? Cowboy fans hate Jerry Jones. Every one I've ever met.

And they are pissed about the Cowboys being mediocre.

Do you really expect die-hard fans to just...stop going to games? Stop buying gear to support the team? If they do these things, they aren't die-hard fans. They are fair weather fans. And frankly, those all bailed a LONG time ago.

People mock the concept of the Cowboys being "America's team" but very few other teams would have the following they do after this many years of mediocrity. Green Bay, Chicago, and Pittsburgh are the only other teams I think would have the following the Cowboys do after so many years of being bad. Luckily for those fans, they haven't been going through this.

I can't believe some people were surprised with the Lovie Smith firing. That guy always looks like a lost child at a train station on the sideline...

Bears first team since 1996 to start 7-1 and miss playoffs.

Pretty much every Cardinals coach on the offense was let go.

I have more faith in the Seahawks at this point, RG3 isn't close to 100%.

7 years of triple digit bills to dan snyder, tons of merchandise and I'd do it all the same (not that I pay the bills ) to have last night happen

I LOVE IT

I will buy redskins crap if they're 0-16 and at least when they're losing the skins suite cust reps have to be EXTRA kind to you

So, we know our draft positions: #12, #42, Colts' 2nd, #77, #82.

Obviously, our biggest need is WR. And with that many picks, we can even afford to double down. I would love us to draft Justin Hunter and Ryan Swope.

Robert Woods has been mentioned numerous times by Dolphins fans all season long, but I watched the Sun Bowl yesterday and I was not impressed. Of course it was only 1 game, but he looked pretty slow.

If CB DeMarcus Milliner falls to us at #12 though, we need to take him. I stumbled across an Alabama game a few weeks ago(I don't watch College football), and he was really impressive.

Still weird to see Keith Armstrong, the Falcons special team coach, on the list with 2 OCs.

You would take Ryan Swope over Robert Woods? I think he was hurt, Lee and Woods had a bad game. I have seen them play way faster then that.

Never said that, Swope would be my 3rd round pick. I'd double down 1st & 3rd round or 2nd & 3rd, not 1st & 2nd.

Also You guys might get Mike Wallace from us. Most likely we are not going to resign him.

That's exactly the type of player we need, a vertical threat that opens the field up. Unfortunately he will ask for $8+ millions/year and we can't afford him. Anyway Philbin wants to build his team through the draft.

Justin Hunter might not be a speedy WR, but I think he has a good combinaison of size, speed and hands. Not sure where he is projected though, we'll see after the combine.

What looked to be pick 6-10 1st round pick for the rams at the panthers game in week 9 is now at least a 22nd pick they'll get 1 more first rounder next year and I believe a 2nd rounder the following year and it'll be done!

I hope we can get Rambo too. I would take Alec Ogletree or big John Jenkins is a beast. Might be the next Vince Wilfork if he stays in shape.

A new course was charted for the Buffalo Bills on New Year’s day. Bills owner Ralph Wilson announced that he had elevated Russ Brandon to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. The promotion provides Brandon with full authority over the entire organization’s operations.

“Russ Brandon has done a tremendous job in his 16 years with our organization and is very highly respected throughout the National Football League,” said Wilson in a team statement. “He has proven to be extremely successful with each new level of responsibility he has been given and has earned this opportunity. Russ is a proven leader and he will now have full authority over the entire Buffalo Bills operation. I have granted him full autonomy to run the organization as he feels is best.”

“These past 13 years have been very difficult on our fans and we have not produced the type of winning team that they deserve,” Mr. Wilson added. “It has been frustrating for our organization and for me as well. We want our team to be one that our fans are proud of. I believe that Russ has the unique abilities to assemble and lead the talent we will need to get the job done.”

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell weighed in on the restructuring of the team’s front office.

“Russ Brandon is a dynamic, forward-thinking leader,” Goodell said. “He is a proven executive with extensive experience in the operation of the Bills. He is committed to the Buffalo region and understands the dynamics of the NFL. Ralph Wilson's decision is a positive step to enhance the stability of the franchise.”
Great news for the Buffalo Bills. No disrespect to Mr. Wilson, as he has been very influential over the decades, but this is how the Bills are going to go forward as an organization. I suspect we are also going to see Doug Whaley be much more involved with things as well. It's no secret he is going to be our GM in the very near future. This is a great day for Buffalo Bills football.

I've been hearing that our top three head coaching candidates are Whisenhunt, Grimm, and Marrone. I'd be very happy with any of them, but would prefer Grimm or Marrone.
