I left Roethlisberger off because he has the Super Bowls, but his team has never relied on him and won throughout a season.

Unless news has come out with updates, it was reported that it was his non-throwing shoulder and that it wouldn't require surgery to repair.

Hardly "broken" or having any effect on the pass which wasn't a great decision. Even if the receiver caught that ball it was no guarantee it goes for a first down, he was damn close, but it wasn't for sure.
