Jets need help elsewhere. They are a long way away just like us from simply using 1st rounders to replace a lost FA part.

The conditional pick is a 4th in 2014.
It becomes a 3rd if revis is still a buc on the 3rd day of the league year.

Revis got 6 yrs $96m but $0 guaranteed (thats a hard word to spell).

I see Barkley being a better NFL player than Geno. I really doubt Geno's leadership abilities. When things went bad for West Virginia, he crumbled like a cookie. At least Barkley has really good intangibles.

I don't lol USC qb's

plus he never progressed like I thought he should have. After that amazing OSU game in his freshman year he just never really elevated.

I think he will be a solid pro, probably similar to Carson Palmer. He got screwed when Carroll left and Kiffin crapped the bed.

Darelle Revis is the best player I've ever seen in a Jets uniform. Those back to back trips to the AFC championship game seem like a long time ago these days. I have a feeling it's going to be a painful season.

I disagree. Pennington pre injury was starting to go to great levels.

Before his injury he was the best corner I have seen since Deion. One can only hope he can return to near to that level of play.
