I think everyone is getting jumpy here. It doesn't really matter what actually happened, but what does matter is what can be proven in a court of law. We'll see shortly how involved Hernandez was, and how good he potentially was at covering his tracks.

Exactly. And that's why the weapon is everything. Without that..no finger prints..serial # ect.

They may be able to prove he was with him the night of the murder..but the one who actually did it or if they planned it?

I think one of them eventually snitch to get a shorter jail sentence, if Hernandez were smart, he should cooperate

Even the best case scenario for Hernandez doesn't look good. Obstruction of justice is quite a severe crime which would likely land him a couple years behind bars. Although that would be much better than if he gets slapped with something like accomplice to murder. If that happens his NFL career is over.

And lets not forget Hernandez is part of the "special" justice system. There's the justice system for ordinary people like you or me and a separate one designated for rich people who can afford a dream team of lawyers similar to OJ and Ray Lewis.

Really? What was Pacman Jones convicted of before his suspension? Goodell has more power than any other commissioner in pro sports.

His involvement in any aspect damages league integrity. Goodell can suspend him now if he wants.

if a player is involved in something like this in any way it's not good for the player, the team, or the league.

Pacman and Big Ben were the poster boys for getting suspended and never being convicted of anything.

They were both rightfully suspended. Goodell has to protect the integrity of the league. He can't have players acting like criminals off the field and do nothing about it. There has to be repercussions for negative player behavior off the field.
