Goddell will probably begin the deliberating for Hernandez's suspension once the guy is indicted, I believe that's what he waited for with Josh Brent. It's what I would do too, wait to have as many of the facts as possible before taking action.

Where I'm from, no matter what you never put your hands on a women. So I didn't care to bring it up. Then some of the reports are saying she tried to hit him, on the video you can't really tell if she hits him or not. So the point I was trying to make is he back in some trouble.

I'm no advocate of violence towards women, but that does NOT give them the right to do whatever they please.

I don't fully fault Pacman for what he did, but he's got to be smarter and keep himself out of that situation. I'm not saying he shouldn't ever go to a bar (although it wouldn't be a bad idea) but once the argument started he needs to just walk away. In addition there was a guardrail between him and the woman so if he just took a couple steps back he would have been far enough away that she couldn't touch him (and vice versa).

He will have all the time in the world to party when his career is over. After this, Mr Goodell might decide to allow Pacman to party as often as he likes.

I agree. Time and time again Pacman puts himself in these situations. Even if a woman did take a swing at me I sure as hell wouldn't hit her and escalate the problem.

Sorry brah but that's what verbal abuse is for hands on women regardless of situation = wrong and lack of self control... Unless she's trying to stab you or something then you've gotta get a grip

Charges filed after police break up fight during charity softball game in Lancaster

City police filed charges against two men after a fight broke out during a charity softball game at the Clipper Magazine Stadium in Lancaster late Saturday.

Officers responded to the fight at 8:30 p.m. and separated both men from one another, said Sgt. Bill Hickey, a city police spokesman. A woman was also believed involved in the fight, but only the two men were at the scene when officers arrived.

The fight broke out in the stands during the game, the second annual charity fundraising game put on by Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy.

Both men were cited for disorderly conduct and released, Hickey said, adding that one of them was taken to the Lancaster General Hospital with a minor laceration to his head.

"If you just have a couple people trading punches it's usually just a summary offense," Hickey said. "So they received tickets and then were released; it really depends on the severity of the incident."

Hickey was not able to provide the names of the men charged or any additional information about them as of Monday morning.
