Marcus Vick has repeatedly said stupid things on Twitter that embarrasses his brother. I have to assume that Michael supports Marcus financially and I don't know why Michael wouldn't tell Marcus that he either can't have a Twitter account or at the very least has to have a private account. Michael has put a lot of effort into rehabilitating his image and he doesn't need his idiot brother making him look bad.

As for what Cooper said, he's lucky this video (which is almost 2 months old) didn't come out a week ago because there's a decent chance he would have been cut. He's fortunate that Maclin got injured and the Eagles are desperate for receivers because he isn't that talented and if the team had more options he'd be gone and would struggle to find a team willing to pick him up. I'm anticipating someone is going to get a large fine sometime this season for taking his head off on a hit.

Even Cooper's supposed apology sounded forced and insincere. People don't just say the kind of things he said, even if drunk without meaning it. If anything people show their true colors when wasted, sort of like Mel Gibson. Vick might have forgiven him but I doubt he speaks for the whole team.

Cooper claims it's the first time he ever used the word. Does he actually think anyone believes that?

15 lbs. is still 15 lbs no matter what weight you are. I recently shed 30 lbs over the past 6 weeks and I can easily tell that I'm healthier.

exactly.. It helps big time.

I'm trying to trim the body fat to under 10% @ 180 and if anyone wants an amazing fat burner I've just started hyper shred by bsn seems to be amazing the focus is unreal. Energy is still a little meh, but so was shred matrix by muscle pharm. Sorry if it makes you poop.

Nice I assume your secret is actually working out =0) Cause I started burning near 1000 calories per day for 2-3 days then break, and im eating healthier to still not dropping weight tho its pissing me off.

Yup. Working with a personal trainer who's got me doing circuit and HIIT training. After that, I head to the basketball court and play 5 on 5 anywhere from 2-4 hours. I do this 4 times per week. I also am really watching what I'm eating. No sugary drinks only water, no more fast food except for Pita Pit, and no sugary snacks. It's working out pretty well for me thus far.
