I had him in both of my leagues, but fortunately I traded him in one of my leagues a couple weeks ago. I'm screwed in the league I still have him though because it's a three receiver league and there is nobody worthwhile available, so I'm going to have to start Julian Edelman who likely won't be getting many touches with Amendola back and Gronk possibly back this week.

I have him in 2 leagues as well, and almost traded for him in my big money league, thankfully that didnt go through

My receivers are Dez Bryant, Victor Cruz, Steve Smith and Golden Tate...might drop Tate soon since Seattle doesn't have the best passing offense.

I think the Falcons should trade Tony Gonzalez to the Chiefs. They need help at tight end and that would give Gonzalez a chance to finish his career where it started and with a winning team.

Is it me or this year just really bad for injuries???

NFL.com says Julio IS done for the year.

The one I'm most intrigued by is Clay Matthews being out for a month, maybe the year. This effects my Bears, but overall the Packers D hinges on that dude. They simply stink without him...not amazing to begin with, but he's a huge factor. Look at the Cincy game. He goes down, Cincy starts scoring.

But it seems like every week 3-4 big names are going down. Crazy.

Denver is playing without their 2 best pass rushers from last year and their best cover corner. It will get better but I doubt Miller and Bailey will be the saviours some are saying they are.

I know.... and so is Atlanta. Samuels is in and out with injuries. Our DE that actually can help determine games (Kroy Biermann) is out for the season. The top LB in the division (Sean Weatherspoon) is out for a few more weeks. Our 2nd LB (Akeem Dent) is out, but hopefully back after the bye.

Thats why i dont think we will see 18 games.

3 preseason games + 2 more playoff teams is what we will eventually see which i actually like.

with miller and bailey, instead of giving up 48 points they'll only give up 35 like in that Ravens game

people can make all the excuses they want, giving up 48 points means ur not a top defense

could come back to bite them in the playoffs

I think it's because they are big(er) on safety.

And, these players like the idea of still making the dough without doing any of the work and bypassing any risk of further injury or playing not up to expectaitions.

Last year ravens gave up 35 in a playoff game & 31 in the super bowl & won.

Defense doesnt matter anymore just outscore the other team.
