It's nothing special, but it's still leaps and bounds better than last year.

Looks like Baltimore is trying to get all Shanahan, Kubiak and Rick Dennison for the offensive staff or so says Schefter. I'm curious to see how it works out as that offense has a few problems to work out.

A lot of rumors that the Bills are going to be the opponent facing the Lions next year for CBS on Thanksgiving. It's been far too long since we've been in on a Thanksgiving game. This would be amazing!

Yes and no. It sort of looks like playground football where some defenders are trying to make the play and everyone else just stands around. But it's definitely more like a real game than the last three Pro Bowls. The biggest hits seem to be coming from defenders who are hitting players from their actual in-season teams.

Marshawn Lynch is uncertain if he will attend media day today. Lynch skipped every required media appearance during the season and was fined $50,000, but made a deal that he would attend all future required media appearances. As part of that deal it was understood that he'd be fined $100,000 if he skipped any required media appearances, so if he doesn't show today he's looking at a minimum $100,000 fine.

The Bills would make sense for Thanksgiving. With the Lions on CBS they have to play an AFC opponent so the only options are the Bills and Dolphins, and the last time the Dolphins played in Detroit it was on Thanksgiving so it makes sense to choose a different team.

I'm anxious for the schedule to come out because I'll be going to the Vikings-Patriots game in Minnesota. Normally I wouldn't really care when the game would be played but since they're playing outdoors for the next 2 years I have to hope it's not in late November or December when it's extremely cold.

Does he just have some sort of social anxiety issue? I mean some athletes do have that sort of problem.

Lynch doesn't play the media game.

All week long I had to listen to 24 hour nonstop coverage of richard sherman and they called him the distraction

I don't see why more than 7 minutes is even necessary. I mean seriously, anything beyond that is just the player answering the same stupid questions repeatedly.
