MJD has not been the same ever since he took a knee at the 1 and skipped that TD and had to apologize to his fantasy owners... Apology still not accepted!

Worse than Gabbert? Nah, Gabbert is one of the worst QB's statistically in NFL history. I have to trust the front office on this one. I'm hoping they don't throw Bortles in right away though when Henne struggles. I think we made the right call though. We needed to address the QB situation and we did. Our problem was scoring points and passing the ball. We did acquire Gerhart from Minnesota and we have veteran Cecil Shorts and 2nd year wideout Sanders who both are pretty solid. It's a slow process but it will be much better than the Gene Smith era in Jacksonville who made one of the worst draft pics in our history.

Yeah! That's what you call a true team-player! Screw the Fantasy stats. We just wanted to win that game against the Jets.

I love the look on Whaley's face, as if he's saying "Yeah, we pulled that shit off. Sammy's a Bill." Buddy Nix (who ironically is in the photo) never would have had the balls to swing a deal like that. My God, I'm still on cloud nine. Sammy Watkins, baby!

Once we get back on track on winning then they want to jump on the bandwagon.
I know exactly what you mean because we have the same thing with some Texans fans. Some are saying they are no longer fans because we passed up on the kid from Texas. Good riddance then, I say.

I was laughing last night at the Texans Draft Party at the stadium because whenever Johnny would be shown on the TV, there would be a mixture of cheers and boos. Many more boos though.

How far do the Aggies play from the Texans' stadium? Would imagine Texans fans would have a much better idea of what Manziel can or can't do than most other NFL fans.

If the Bills were willing to spend 2 first round picks on a receiver why not just sign Jimmy Graham to an offer sheet weeks ago? I'd say the best case scenario for Watkins is putting up numbers close to Graham, and with the bust rate of receivers drafted high I'd rather go with a proven player. Graham has stayed relatively healthy throughout his career and since he didn't play high school football and only played 1 year of college he doesn't have as much wear on his legs as a typical 27-year-old. Granted Graham would be much more expensive than Watkins, but the Bills have plenty of cap space so they could have easily structured a deal that would have been virtually impossible for the Saints to match.

Wide receivers shouldn't go in the 1st round period due to the bust rate, just ask Lions fans and I imagine Falcons fans are starting to have buyers' remorse about Julio Jones with all the chronic health problems he's had lately.

And he's missed a total of 1 game during that span and 2 games in his career, while leading the league in touchdowns last season.

Odd that he and Gronkowski are both TD machines but seem to have trouble staying healthy, Gronk moreso than Graham of course.

Marqise Lee would be a great #2 receiver for the Browns behind Josh Gordon.

The Browns are picking third in the second round. I doubt that either of the two teams ahead of the Browns (Houston and Washington) go with a receiver.

College Station is about 90 miles away from Houston. The thing is we have large alumni bases here for both the Aggies as well as the state rival Longhorns. So there is a lot cheering or booing based on if you are an Aggie or a Longhorn fan without regard for his talent.

Julio has been injured once.... He was totally worth it. Falcons have already picked up his 5th year option.

I'm pretty happy with Pryor. We needed help in the backfield and we definitely got it. We need a WR, and I'd be ok with trading up with the skins and grabbing Lee.
