I thought the way Kenny Britt tore his ACL was pretty funny too... and he played for the team I love, and he was playing at an elite level that season.

DeCastro literally put his head down and drove it into Pouncey's knee. I mean... I felt bad for Pouncey because his own teammate took him out, but the way it happened was funny to me.

Miami Dolphins safety Reshad Jones has been suspended four games for violating the league's policy on performance enhancing drugs, the NFL announced today in a classic Friday news dump.

Jones had the explanation you'd expect:

"I recently learned from the NFL that I tested positive for substance that is banned under the NFL performance enhancing substances policy," Jones said in statement. "I worked closely with the union to investigate what happened and I learned that a supplement I took caused the positive test. I deeply regret not investigating the supplement carefully before I took it, and I will never again take a supplement without having it checked."

Jones's suspension just adds to the Dolphins' shit sandwich of an offseason, joining Mike Pouncey's alleged altercation at a South Beach nightclub and defensive end Dion Jordan's four-game suspension.

Damn dude, this is just wrong, as much as I hate or loathe any teams or players, I would NEVER wish injury to anyone, or laugh at them. You've got issues

I think some people forget that these guys do this for a living. So to laugh at a guy getting a serious injury is crazy.

He had a nice rhythm going tonight. The entire offense looked a lot better. He had over a quarter of work and looked like he has progressed greatly from last season. EJ was making nice reads, getting the ball out quick, and looking off defenders. I liked what I saw. My biggest concern going into the season is if he would go down with a major injury. Jeff Tuel appears as if he is going to win the #2 job. Thad Lewis has been struggling ever since training camp began. As long as EJ can stay healthy, we will win a lot of ball games this season. (Especially Week 5)

Bortles is doing a good job playing with the 2nd unit. Has some zip on the ball too! Coaches were worried about his spiral when he throws the ball. Doesn't seem to be the issue tonight. Since coming in after Henne. We've moved the ball down field with his arm. The fans love him, Mark Brunell loves him!

Its pre season anything after the first series is against scrubs that will be bagging groceries at Kroger next month. Talk to me when he plays against people that matter. Also every report that has come out of Bills camp says the same thing, EJ looks like crap so far.

E.J. Manuel's struggles have continued in practice at Bills camp.
In each of Buffalo's practices since the Hall of Fame game -- where Manuel went 2-of-7 passing for 19 yards with three passes batted down at the line of scrimmage -- E.J. has reportedly been "apprehensive, indecisive and mostly inaccurate." He's shown a tendency to stare down his first read, pat the football, and "either take a sack or throw an inaccurate pass." The Bills badly need the light to come on soon for Manuel. Manuel looked more decisive in the pocket this week after struggling in Buffalo's preseason opener. There was still some concern to his game. Manuel took a sack and failed to score touchdowns on both of his red-zone possessions. His longest play was a 32-yard completion to Chris Hogan on the Bills' first drive. Through two preseason games, Manuel has completed 11-of-20 passes for 115 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions. He'll take on the Steelers next week. Aug 8 - 8:44 PM

EJ is progressing very nicely, man. He looked pretty darn good tonight. Like you said, doesn't mean anything now. But the signs are very positive for him.

I didn't laugh at him for tearing his ACL. I was laughing at the way it happened. Not like I laughed after he was down on the ground. Didn't want him to tear his ACL. Never said I wished injury on anyone. Totally twisting my words.

Obviously you guys did not see the play I was talking about. It was impossible not to laugh at IMO. I got texts from Steelers fans making fun of DeCastro for that too.

But yes... I think the Pouncey brothers are douchebag Aaron Hernandez lovers.

Sorry if my comments bothered people. Didn't mean for it to sound like I actually want players to tear their ACLs, but I'm sorry... the way Pouncey tore his was funny. His own player took him out, and it looked deliberate.

Didn't laugh at him for tearing his ACL. Laughed at the way it happened with DeCastro taking him out in such a decisive way.
