I'm going to try and keep Gordon for a playoff run, but it's going to be hard once injuries and the bye weeks kick in.

I thought he comes back for week #11? For me, that would be 3 regular season games, and then playoffs. Which is huge for, what would've been, a Tier 1 WR.
Even if it's week #12, that would still be 2 key games, before playoffs.
As moviefan just stated, it's going to be tough to keep him stashed during bye weeks/injuries. I might find my self without a kicker for a week!

He comes back at week 12. He also has his DWI hearing in Nov 6 which might cost him a couple more games and then you have to hope he's in game shape and gets in enough practice time to be useful for his remaining games.

It better be. He smoked a "J" and got 16. Let's see what Pederson gets for beating a 4 year old kid. It's definitely a domestic violence issue and just as bad as the Rice situation. I think he should get an indefinite suspension the same as Rice did. They're both douchebags and nothing they say can justify their actions.

That's the biggest concern. All he needs to do is stay healthy. He's proven heis a quality starter when he's actually out on the field.

Our defense is also unproven right now. Still new to the 3-4 and aside fr Charles, the Chiefs offense sucks.

You have to wonder why the vikings and not the nfl had to do the right thing and deactivate him. Peterson doesn't deny anything and feels he did nothing wrong. Does tmz have to release a video of that too for Goodell to do his job?

They've suspended players based just on allegations plenty of times in the past. He's already admitted to it and the report was made by a doctor qualified to assess excessive abuse to a child. Vikings didn't waste anytime waiting for it to go to court.

Vikings are holding him out because he had to leave the team. He's still getting paid.
