So should I drop Tate in favor of West or just hold on Tate until he returns? If I hold, I am running with Forte & C.J. this weekend.

I would drop Tate for West, even if Tate comes back he's never proven he can stay healthy. Forte and Spiller is not a bad tandem, rolling out Spiller and Joique Bell this week. Benching Ball since I don't expect him to do much against Seattle.

Why drop a RB1, honestly I don't get people if you want to get rid of Tate trade him for something you do want

I can't imagine Tate has much if any trade value. He's injury-prone and with the way West is playing it's no sure thing that Tate is the starter when he returns. In one of my two leagues Tate was dropped after week 1 and he still remains unclaimed.
