I know it's always easier to say when you're not the person in the situation, but if I was Wilson, after this year I'd say, "I'll sign a 7 year deal worth 10M a year, but you guys (Owner, GM, Coach) have to continue to keep this core group together and continue to build us up. I want a dynasty. No excuses."

All players should see the "Flacco-effect" by now, or at least in a year or so or big, ridiculous contracts.
