Just 2 years in the job, but he's really butchered this team. Our secondary is

. The QB he drafted should be holding a clipboard. He's only hit on 2 rookies thus far from 2 drafts. Richardson and Amaro seem like keepers. Pryor possibly, but his coverage skills need to be masked with a cover safety. The only decent roster move was trading for Ivory. OL is a disaster.

I'd wait one more season to see what he does this offseason. He will have an absolute ton of money to spend this offseason, which he will have to do in order to eventually hit the cap floor. He needs to upgrade this team with regards to so many positions.

The league's already commented on this:

It's also unlikely Hightower would have stayed over the center at the snap. He came up to call for a shift and then moved back because he wasn't a rusher on the play.

Adam Schefter and Ian Rappaport have confirmed the trade. Interesting move by the Jets, they've got a ton of cap space and now they're saying it's a conditional mid-round pick so really not a big investment by the Jets. Percy also doesn't have any guaranteed money on his contract after this year so if he flops the Jets can cut him and owe nothing.

Have there been problems between Harvin and Carroll? I know he was quite cancerous in Minnesota, but I figured his Super Bowl ring would help ease whatever tensions were developing with all those big egos.
