LOL! That's funny because you were the person that stated Dallas started playing on Thanksgiving since '71, until I corrected you. Derp!

Furthermore I can go on as much as I like. That's what a discussion board is for. There's no need to stoop to name calling.
I'm just presenting a reasonable point, in that several other teams could play on Fox and get just as good ratings. BUT, we won't know until it ever happens.

I thought this one was over when Mettenberger threw a pick six.

It was quite the early screw up but when the game is young...

That game was actually worth my time... Entertaining, at least. Some very questionable calls at the end. I knew we shouldn't have challenged that incomplete pass. Wasted a valuable timeout. Then when it was 4th & 4 from midfield with 6 minutes left, I would've gone for it. It was clear they had all the momentum, and we couldn't stop them. Plus, when you're 2-7, whatever. Just go for it.

Glad we didn't get embarrassed on national TV though. I was worried about it, especially after the pick 6.

I'm gonna have to see the replay of Mett's pick 6. I sit along that sideline, and it looked like Hunter's fault to me. Not sure.

Overall, Mettenberger has been solid for a rookie 6th round QB in his first three starts IMO. He got rid of the ball quickly tonight and only got sacked like once.

Cowboy haters are part of why the Cowboys are viewed so much.

Adrian Peterson has been suspended without pay for at least the remainder of the season. If that's the way the league is treating misdemeanors I wonder how they'll handle felonies. Lifetime banishment?

Well, a felony does enforce at least a year long suspension itself.

I have no issue with this statement abuse is 6 games were on week 12 so its a fitting punishment. The guy got paid for 11 weeks.

That's based on a change in the personal conduct policy that happened after the abuse and that the union has not agreed to as required by the CBA. He's missed 10 weeks, so take away some of the money he was paid but let him play now. In essence he just got a 16 week suspension with much of that paid.

I see a major battle brewing between the NFL and NFLPA. They've been tired of Goodell's overreaching power for a long time, but now he's gone straight dictator and making changes whenever he wants and not bargaining as the CBA dictates.

This is all very ugly for the NFL, have to wonder how long they will stand behind Goodell during this fiasco.

I see both sides. Goodell definitely did his own thing here, but you also have to take into account the crime. An innocent child was beaten.

As R3 said the night games have been on NBC lately not NFLN.

I wish!

Regardless, as I said, until Dallas is bumped from the schedule...there's no way to prove OR disprove other teams getting lower/equal/higher ratings.

In other news: I get to add Josh Gordon to my line up, and drop Adrian Peterson! Oh well, can't win 'em all.

If Dallas has 5 of the top 9 games in terms of viewership last year, it is only your fantasy dreamworld that dropping Dallas would somehow raise viewership.

I get it, you hate Dallas, but Dallas TV ratings are insane. They actually sometimes have regular season Dallas games draw higher than early round playoff games.

MIA has a shot at DEnver this week if Sanders and JT can't go. That O is nothing without them. Pats beat lions...cards just find a way to win no matter what. Philly won't end season undefeated at home
