9.9/10 a HC will call TO there. It's all about probability, they want the other team to risk throwing the ball. Wheras the team winning wants to pick the up 1st down by running, NOT passing.
I guess that might be one small reason, among a list of many, Atlanta might be looking for a new HC next season.
