It was the Panthers +13. I thought they'd at least cover.

Do the boys or pack even have a chance in Seattle?

What's wrong with that? I was busy watching the game, and I never gloat mid-game (or even mid-season) cuz I know how it can turn around to bite me. And I try hard to be mature about losing or disagreeing with ref calls, which often means just not saying anything at all.

By the by, I see you switched from:

Funny how that works.

Agreed; stopping the Ravens only happened when the defense kept the heat on Flacco.

That's always been the rule: 1 forward pass per offensive play, but unlimited lateral/backwards passes.

Kinda like how T. Smith dragged McCourty by the facemask to the end zone in the 2012 AFC game but didn't get flagged for it

Well which is it? You complain about a no-call on the defense and then you say the league is handcuffing defenses. Let me guess: you only want league handcuffing defenses of teams you hate?

I try really hard to be a good fan, and to stress to everyone that even if I hate your team, I still love you. I won't mention any names, but some people I encounter show a hypocrisy that makes it really difficult sometimes.

Have a good night everyone; Divisional showdown rages on tomorrow!

No argument here: You said it like it is (was?) all game long. I imagine it was for that reason why I saw someone here at both teams during a game.

I hate to label anything as luck (except for the Indy QB of course); what I saw was Patriots not really showing up for the first quarter, but the Ravens not showing up for the last quarter and change of football.

Well as much as I was hoping the Panthers would pull off the upset, it just didn't materialize. Still I'm very happy that they got this far and I hope they give Cam some additional help in the WR dept. next season, and I think they'll be just fine.

I actually think there's a strong chance the winner of the Green Bay-Dallas game will win in Seattle.

No Sir! I'm 2/4 on my 4-game parlay: Ravens +7, Seattle -13

I probably should've went with Dallas getting the 6, and have Denver giving 7.
So come on GB/Denver win big!

I went to bed after Cam had the pick6. Jesus, what I'd give to see that guy in Philly! Since we passed on Earl Thomas!

Rex is our man! Great hire for sure, but he will need to bring in a good OC. I've read that Trestman and Roman are possibilities.

I'm sure Jets, Patriots and dolphins fans are equally as excited.

The QB position still needs to be addressed, but this was a big step in the right direction.

Just so I understand the situation...the Bills, basically, let go a coach who took the team to a 9-7 record, their first winning record in quite awhile. For a coach that finished 4-12, in the same division?
I sure hope they know what they're doing.

Marrone opted out. He thought he could get the Jets job. (He's from NYC)

Right. It sounded like Marrone wanted to stay, but Buffalo wouldn't pick up his option. I thought I read somewhere that Marrone was against the Watkins draft pick, thought the pick could be used elsewhere?
Maybe it will all work out, but right now it looks like a downgrade at HC.
