Painter was also awful, had a turnover, and was under and over throwing wide open receivers

Hey Vikings, Chiefs and Colts, how's it feel to start the season 0-3 and already know you're not going to make the post-season?

Actually I gave up on them making the play-offs once they were 1-6 and Kitna was entrenched as the starter. Is Romo the best? No but he's a lot better than he gets credit for being and he will prove that again tomorrow night.

Eagles injuries.. I'm told Vick out 3-4 wks with broken hand. Jeremy Maclin may miss next wk with hamstring Strain. More coming...

Also I'm told Riley Cooper out for possibly two wks with Concussion.

They play San Francisco this week so they may be fine but then they've got a tougher schedule with games at Buffalo, at Washington, and against Dallas.

As a Chiefs fan I accept that we won't make the playoffs and hope we lose enough games to draft Luck.

I really don't think it's all Cassel's fault. Jamaal Charles on IR really puts focus on the passing game. Drafting Luck would not fix all you problems. They lost their starting RB and a key defensive player in Eric Berry.

The only team I can see Luck fixing dramatically is the Colts. They clearly need a dominant QB to run the show to be effective.

Maybe the Jags or Vikes if either of them get some threats for him to throw at.

Colts owner Jim Irsay said Monday morning that Peyton Manning (neck surgeries) will miss the entire season, according to WISH-TV in Indianapolis.
Irsay reportedly told Super Bowl donors that Manning won't practice until December. The Colts are 0-3 right now and could very well be mathematically eliminated well before then. The franchise should -- and apparently is -- pointing toward 2012 for another run at contending. Fantasy owners still holding Manning need to move on.

If he hadn't been ruled out for certain by week 6 I would've dropped him if drafted. He's still a top 3 QB and coming in mid-season against tired defenses is gold for fantasy points.

I'd say Vikings and now Iggles also have a shot. If the Luries have any brains, they will trade up in the draft to get Luck and move on from Vick after this season.
