I hate the Pats. Always have, always will. My main issue with them are the abundance of bandwagon fans they have collected over the years. They are the loudest and most obnoxious of the bunch. But I have respect for the true pat fans, the ones that stuck through them through years of mediocrity and poor play. I applaud those fans.

I hate both Brady and Belichick but have much respect for both. Both will be first ballot Hall of Famers.

I was surprised b the now infamous playcall. Even when I saw them in the pre-snap formation I thought for sure they were running a variation of the read option, and even then I thought that was peculiar. I can see why they wanted to throw it, so you can run it on 3rd down and still make sure you can have a 4th down. But an inside slant where a guy can jump the route? Why not a fade... if it's not there you can throw it away...

Time at that point wasn't a factor, as far as NE having time... 20 seconds?

Again congrats to the true Patriots fans for another Championship! I'm hoping it will be your last!

Been a long time. We are so lucky to have Brady..having more playoff wins then i think 27 franchises combined now? Amazing what they have done in my short 27 year life

You should probably stay happy and not learn about this extremely unfortunate commercial that aired during the game.

Alright, so...

I knew the slot was going to be an area of concern for the Seahawks, and when Lane went down it became a massive issue.

Had Kearse made that routine catch on the perfect throw by Wilson when the score was 24-14, it would've been game over. And had the refs thrown the flag on Butler for PI when he was falling to the ground and tripped Lockette, things would've been different. But anyways...

I am most surprised by the fact that the Pats were able to have so much success through the air without a run game. Brady was absolutely money minus those two picks (which almost cost his team the game).

But to the talk of the final play... yes, it was a horrible play call, and I would've given it to Lynch. But it wasn't necessarily horrible because Lynch didn't get the ball. The play itself was bad. Everyone was expecting Lynch, so I get why you'd try something else. But if you're hellbent on not running it with Lynch on that play, why would you not try a read option play or play action bootleg? Wilson is the best QB at these things. If he is unable to run to the endzone or find a target to pass to, then throw the damn ball away and live to see another down. In that case, worst case scenario would've been 3rd down with 12-15 seconds left and a timeout. Then you hand it off to Lynch (he's more than likely going to find a way to score). If he doesn't score, you call a timeout with 2 seconds left and do whatever the hell you want to do on 4th down. Would've been the most epic Super Bowl ever if that happened.

Another one yard short game. Ugh. That game was incredibly rough for me because the Seahawks are sort of my unofficial secondary team that I've gone for every year when the Titans aren't playing, due to the fact that they'd also never won it all. And as I watched Wilson play against us in the preseason (when Flynn was still the starter), I loved the guy and liked the Seahawks that much more.

I was basically celebrating, just saying "run the clock and hand it off to Beastmode." When they dropped backed to pass I immediately go "What the f*ck?!" And when Butler picked it off, I dropped to my knees in complete shock. There are just no words for that.

To see another one yard short game like that... that was just brutal for me. If I was a true Seahawks fan or this was the Titans tonight, this would've been ten times worse than the way we lost. I wouldn't even be typing this right now, and I would probably disappear for months. There are no words for how bad that last play was. When we lost to the Ravens six years back (holy sh*t it's been that long?!), I literally sat in the stadium for a good ten minutes unable to even process what had just happened. I would've been an absolute wreck if this was the Titans tonight, so to any true Seahawks fans on here... I feel your pain. That was the worst way to lose I can ever think of.

Sleepless in Seattle for tonight and for many nights to come.

Hats off to Butler for making an incredible play though. That was a TD if he didn't jump the route.

Yup. It took a while to get going - Wilson's arm in particular seems to need time to warm up - but there was some sensational stuff in there. There were great stories, great plays, late drama in both halfs, and a history-making win for Brady and Belichick. Fantastic night of football.

Lynch had 5 carries from the 1 yard line this season.....he scored once.

I thought the Pats were going to let another one slip by on a crazy, amazing reception. But then Butler....wow. Hell of a game, way to go Pats!

Teams trailing by 10 or more entering 4th qtr in SB history were 0-29. Now 1-29.

And

How about them Pats! Tom Terrific just pads his case for the greatest QB of all time. Damn I wish I was a New England fan!!!
Hats off to the Pats and all their fans, I'm sure they are one happy lot this morning.

So has a new Witch Hunt commenced yet? I mean, there's just no way New England could've won on talent alone!

Deflategate will go down in the NFL annals as the biggest joke ever!
