Chip has something up his sleeve. There's no way he's moving forward with Bradford as his starter. I just think whatever he has up his sleeve is stupid.

Foles is better and costs literally 10% of the salary. Literally. Foles gets $1.3mil this year. Bradford gets $13mil.

It's so painfully stupid.

Tell me about it, It is stupid. The last year and a half has been mind blowing how you can just take a team that only need a good QB and a few pieces on defense and could be a SB contender & turn that into this smh. Being an Eagles fan is hard

Until the past week, I would've killed to be an Eagles fan.

Hang in there... Maybe Chip will prove everyone wrong and be the biggest genius in NFL history. Lol

But being a Titans fan is one of the worst things you can ever choose to do. I promise. The Onion did an article that pretty much summed it up...

Good For AJ Hawk. As a Packer fan, I'm happy to see he got another job.

Signed with the Bengals, 2 year deal:

I don't see them passing up on Leornard Williams. He's arguably the best player in the draft this year plus they could probably pick up Hundley in the 2nd.

Of course it's hilarious. Lol I read it back in the fall and couldn't stop laughing. It's so true.

At least 15 years off of my life for watching this sh*t every year... And I keep coming back for more. I guess, by definition, I'm insane!

Damn, Sorry TF4L but that has to be one of the funniest things I have read in a while. I couldn't make through a line without busting out laughing . But Yea idk if Chip will make it that far as a HC with us lol but man I hope this works out. Funny thing though, since I use to be a Titans fan as a kid but that was during the McNair - George days so that was a better time I'm sure

Raiders are apparently making a run at DeMarco Murray. This day and age im hesitant at throwing huge money at RBs but i just want us to make a big splash at this point makes sense tho. Musgrave said he wants to run it a lot.

With him and the Kevin White/Amari Cooper pick we might have a little bit of an offense this year.

It's not gonna happen, he'll end up back in Dallas, he's just trying to get them to offer more money once more teams show interest... I would hate to throw all that money at him during our re-build

What the what

From the Eagles twitter

Quote:
#Eagles acquire QB Sam Bradford, '15 5th round draft pick from St. Louis in exchange for QB Nick Foles, '15 4th round, '16 2nd round picks
apparently the 2nd round pick next year is conditional on if Bradford is the starter for us this year.

Damn Chip Kelly

I honestly don't know whether to be very happy, very scared, or both!

I don't understand the draft picks going to St. Louis. This is a salary dump and injury dump. Shouldn't the Rams be giving the Eagles more? Then you can have some conditional draft picks going back the other way.

Eagles will surrender 2016 2nd-round pick to Rams in QB trade no matter what. But will get back a conditional 2016 pick from Rams. It will be a 3rd if Bradford does not play at all; and a 4th if he starts less than 50 percent of plays.

I thought I read that St. Louis is on the hook for cap money this year, and Philly pays ~$12mil base salary. Still doesn't make much sense.
Was Nick Foles a minority, and I didn't know? Then this trade would, at least, make sense in light of the Steven A. Smith(and also a bitter Tra Thomas via Fox29 Philly) nonsense.

Well unless there is more planned, and I hope to God there is, Chip Kelly will either be Coach of the Year after winning an NFL Championship, or fired.
I'm really hoping for the former, and not the latter.

Has a 10-6 team ever got rid of their starting QB/RB/WR the next season?
That has to be some sort of league record, we fans can hang our hat on?

Does Trent Dilfer getting tossed aside after winning the Super Bowl count? It was only a one year deal.

LOL, hardly!
With that Ravens defense, Difler was there to do two things:

1) Get them in FG range
2) Don't turn the ball over

The D/ST would handle the rest.

The only thing that makes sense is that Bradford is just a pawn in a trade up for Mariota. But even that doesn't make sense considering the fact that Foles had more trade value than Bradford.

I've tried to rationalize this every which way possible, but everything I think of still points to the fact that Chip is running that team into the ground.

Watch the Titans be the idiots all along... Chip did this trade to move up with us because somehow, someway we love Bradford. Webster gets used on trades like it's his job.

Honestly... that theory makes the most sense out of everything I've thought of. Because we're run by no talent ass clowns.

9-7 Drew Bledsoe came to mind with the Bills. But he was getting old.

There was also 13-3 Brett Favre but the Packers were moving on to Rodgers.
