Wouldnt mind Cowboys vs Pats for Thanksgiving, might even be Lions vs Pats since that game is on CBS nationally and Fox is the Cowboys game.

But like we said doesnt work that way anymore due to flex.

Last yr chi/det was on cbs.

Actually the pats dont even play the lions this yr.

bummer would have been good it is what it is I havent looked at anything this year yet regarding scheduling.

Rumours are

opening thursday nite = pit/ne (starting qbs 9 super bowls)
opening sunday nite = phi/dal (d.murray returns)

makes sense.

I've been hoping the Patriots would get the Steelers week one just because Le'Veon Bell will be suspended that game. LeGarrette Blount will be out for the Patriots as well, but he's nowhere near as important to the Patriots as Bell is to the Steelers.

I have a good friend who's an Eagles fan and he is absolutely furious with Chip Kelly this offseason as he should be.

He's keeping his expectations low, and I think you should do the same. Don't get your hopes up... at least this is what I try my best to do. I get excited about some of our players here and there, but I never expect playoffs or anything. Of course, the Titans are much worse even with Chip Kelly trying to blow up his team. But if you try to rationalize Chip's moves, you'll probably end up getting your hopes crushed.

Luckily the draft is near, and he has a chance to somewhat redeem himself.

Even though we suck, it's nice to look at an early start to the season that doesn't look like the most difficult stretch ever.

The Jets at Cowboys game on Saturday, December 19 has caused a scheduling conflict. Three high school state title games are scheduled to be played at AT&T Stadium on December 19. On dates when a stadium is booked or there's some other conflict the NFL scheduling software is supposed to make it so teams can't be scheduled at home, so either the software screwed up, the Cowboys didn't notify the NFL of the conflict, or the week wasn't put in as a potential conflict because the stadium would have been available that week on Sunday or Monday. Regardless of the reason, it looks like the state of Texas is going to have to find a new venue or rotate the dates and/or times for at least some of their title games.

I believe Cowboys said Hardy would be cut if he were suspended for more than 4 games so if this isn't greatly reduced by appeal, I imagine he's gone.
