I supported him, but he was a 6th round pick, went 0-6 as a starter and he's asking for a trade? What team would trade for him to be their starter? No one.

He's being ridiculous... He had even said he'd beat out either Winston or Mariota in camp, and now he's asking for a trade. Sack up and earn it.

I want a trade does not equal your getting a trade, its a catch 22 if Mettenberger plays bad well guess what his career is over he wont get a contract. If he plays good an earns it hell be the starter.

Something I was thinking about last night, what would happen if New England didn't make a pick when they were on the clock last night? Normally the team with the next pick could jump them, but I assume they wouldn't let Tennessee make jump them, and even if Tennessee could it's likely they wouldn't be prepared to make another pick.

There were 2 trades, they were just both fairly minor, with the Chargers trading the 49ers to move up from 17 to 15 and the Broncos trading up with the Lions to move from 28 to 23.
