I still don't see what matters with the cellphone to begin with. They have the texts with the two other men. Brady deleting/trashing his phone did not remove those messages. It's like the NFL investigators have no idea how the technology works. I also agree that while I have nothing of any relevance on my computers and phones, it's not anyones business but my own what photos I have saved or what I have chosen to store on my devices. Those that are willing to bend over to any little request are the truly frightening ones. It's not about guilt or innocence but the right of use of a person's property without unjust interference. In Tom's case, maybe he had private photos, banking information, etc. secured on the device that he didn't feel comfortable turning over to Wells. That doesn't make him guilty. That makes him human. |

Maybe more famous athletes should be like Brady. Golden boy with the hot wife, millions of dollars and jealous people trying to bring him down at all costs should be reason enough to never hold onto an electronic device too long.

Meaning NONE of that stuff would have gotten out. There is absolutely no reason he wouldn't do that I can think of other than either he did it, or the NFLPA pressured him not to do it. If my employer asked me to print out a text response to something someone else texted me related to work I would do it in a heartbeat, because they wouldn't be getting anything private. People need to stop pretending Wells asked Brady to hand over his phone, because he didn't. As to the having the other guy's texts, my old phone saved Sent messages and received messages separately, and both had a unique count of # of messages stored. So I wouldn't necessarily have both sides of a conversation. And yes, it did totally blow chunks and made no sense. |

For every jealous person trying to bring him down there's a cultist like you worshipping him with no reason whatsoever to do so...he's talented at football, not a Saint.

![]() We're talking about a player getting destroyed for not divulging personal property over a potential game infraction that normally warrants a small fine. Don't need to be fan or "cultist" ![]() |

Brady can have the same people that Hillary used, to check her emails on her server, to testify they checked the text messages on Brady's phone... |

I don't understand why he destroyed the phone. Why not just refuse to hand it over? It's not like the NFL can force him to hand over the phone. It looks so much worse by destroying the phone than just refusing to hand the phone over, which is fairly logical and would set a bad precedent. When the NFL was having Robert Mueller investigate them over what they knew about the Ray Rice assault video Roger Goodell (and every other league executive) turned over their company phones but were not asked to turn over their personal phones. If league executives don't have to turn their personal phones over during an investigation why should a player, especially since they had all of Brady's correspondence with McNally and Jastremski? Destroying the phone rather than refusing to hand it over makes it seem like there was something incriminating on it that needed to be destroyed.

I have similar thoughts about Week 2. When we beat the shit out of New England at The Ralph, I don't want to hear excuses from the Patriot fans.

Man now I see why the media creams their pants for Deflategate. You guys are all over it.
It's exhausting and a dumb subject to talk about... for me, personally. There's nothing more to add. It happened. It's over. Time to move on to other better topics. I know it's July, the boring NFL month. But damn... I thought it had been a while since I got laid... Deflategate has extended even further than that. Enough. |
