Grigson doesn't want Pagano back and the one-year extension offer was just to make it seem like he wanted to keep Pagano past this year. They don't get along very well and he's going to make Pagano the fall guy for their lack of Super Bowl success even though nobody could win a title with that poor offensive line and defense. Irsay has been vocal that he thinks they should have won more than one title with Manning and he'll be quicker to make a change than he was in the past.

Right and that's what I was alluding to which just sucks for Pagano. To me, he appears to be a good coach and deserves a shot, if not in IND, then somewhere else.

No way he'd leave Michigan after one year even if the Colts offered him $10 million per year. I could certainly see him coming back to the NFL eventually but he's not going to leave his alma mater that quickly. The Colts are going to want a big name and I could possibly see Nick Saban having interest since he blames his NFL failure on the Dolphins lack of a franchise QB and that wouldn't be a problem in Indy.

looks like my prediction for the Jets skins game was spot on. Wish they could have finished strong as they played the first 3 quarters and it ended 20-13. But I'm still happy they weren't down 14 points by the end of the first quarter lol

If it were Flex-time, it easily would be. Methinks the schedule makers expected us to be garbage (not saying I disagree) hence the lack of prime time games/1PM starts (which I'm fine with both).

It is flextime - wks 5-10 have different flex rules than 11-16.

But either way it doesnt qualify as a dog game so no it wouldnt be flexed either way.
