I'm a bit worried about what the quality is going to look like on Sunday with Yahoo. As a paying NFL Sunday Ticket customer, I think they should be carrying it as well. That's why I get it. To watch my beloved Bills.

That's a great point.

They're only showing in the primary markets of Buffalo and Jacksonville on CBS, thus, even according to DirecTV's fine print, it should be part of Sunday ticket.

They'll need to have their lawyers draw up new fine print that says games that are on Fox or CBS that during the "standard" scheduled times of approximately 1:00pm EST and 4:15pm EST.

Call and complain, I'm sure you'll get a free pay per view movie or two...

I haven't been with DirecTV for awhile, when I used to call in unhappy, that's what they did. Wasn't really a good solution for me as what I want to see I usually had on blu.

What I've been getting frustrated about recently is the DTV app...I tried to watch both last night and last Thursday night's games on my phone (no TV in the bedroom) and it blocks me. To add insult to injury, I work for the company.

To answer the question of the poll above I say the Packers will last the longest.

Noway is Brady getting past the Jest and their high powered defense and Manning is on life support. I see him throwing a couple picks against the packers D. Pack will also be getting some players back like BJ Raji, Adams and will also have a healthy Ty Montgomery and Eddiy Lacy so it's gonna be an interesting game with both teams undefeated.

GB 35 - DEN 24
NE 17 - NYJ 38

As much as I would LOVE for your prediction to be correct, I suspect the score will be much closer than that and will most likely go the other way.

Are you a Jets fan?

The Jets winning wouldn't shock me because it's a rivalry game and a decent matchup for them.

But 38-17? What are you smoking?

I voted Pats. Looking at their schedule, 16-0 is not far fetched. They'll be 14-2 at worst. Hard to see anyone on that schedule beating them.

Good for the Mets. It's certainly been long enough.

Brother, I certainly hope so! It'd be a "one day early" birthday present for me.

I'm not gloating in the least bit, but this match up it seems, far more than ones in previous years with Rex at the helm, has Pats* fans a bit more nervous than they've been in a while.

It's an out of market game for folks who are fans of the Bills but don't live in Buffalo. Anyone who doesn't live in those two markets won't be able to see the game on Sunday ticket. That's one of the major selling points of Sunday Ticket. If you're a fan, but you don't live in the region, if you have Sunday Ticket, you can see the game...

All 4:00pm EST games don't start at 4:25pm, some start at 4:05pm or whatever, depending on the network. That's why I used the word "approximately" in my verbiage.

Out of market means you cant get the game no matter how - so those are on sunday ticket.

But everyone CAN get this game on yahoo.

The 4:05 games are only on the singleheader network so they wouldnt be affected.

Everyone? What if I don't have internet or only have a slow internet connection? If my 72 year old grandfather who doesn't have internet but has DirecTV and wants to watch an out of market game (as per DirecTV's fine print) that is showing IN-MARKET on CBS or Fox. Then he should be able to watch it. That's what DirecTV has advertised. Your definition and DirecTV's fine print definition of out of market are not the same.

Quote:

Wouldn't be affected by what? I was simply making a statement on how the DirecTV lawyers would have to update the verbiage to get around customer complaints about this yahoo game not being on DirecTV Sunday Ticket. Not sure what you're referring to by anything be "affected" by anything...
