Lol. Don't get too comfy. I think someone greased Peterson's gloves with cheese grease.

Ouch - the Vikings have a tough schedule the last 6 weeks.

@Atlanta, Seattle, @Arizona, Chicago, Giants, and then @Green Bay. All winnable games as none of the other teams are juggernauts, but overall a very tough final stretch for the Vikings...

I mentioned the issue with Joe Flacco's contract last Sunday during the games but now that Flacco has a torn ACL it's even worse for the Ravens. Joe Flacco has a cap number of $28.55 million next year and $31.15 million in 2017. Cutting Flacco after this season would cost $25.85 million in dead money, although if the Ravens deemed it a post-June 1 cut they could take half the hit in 2016 and half in 2017. Because of this you would assume the Ravens need to get Flacco to sign a contract extension, but he has all the leverage because he knows the Ravens likely can't afford to cut him but also can't afford to keep him at his current number. However, with the Ravens in line for a high draft pick and Flacco playing horribly this year they could decide to bite the bullet and take the huge cap hit and cut Flacco and draft a QB high. There definitely is no good solution to the problem.

oh please.....Peterson has had a nasty history of fumbling!!

honestly i went into yesterday's game expecting a loss.....100%.

even up until half time......way too many FG's for my liking.

but the defense played it's @$$ off for the most part......keeping Peterson to less than 50 yards on the ground?!?!? no way i would've ever even hoped for something like that!!

and don't get too cocky.....you guys have a pretty rough schedule the rest of the way.

With Edelman and Collins out I'm expecting a tough one tonight. And Lewis for that matter but he's not coming back this year.

But we can't change the past, so Game On!

Losing Edelman and Collins hurts, but the Patriots o-line should be in much better shape with Marcus Cannon, Tre Jackson, and Sebastian Vollmer likely to play. A lot of people don't notice the o-line since they're not glamour positions, but that o-line they used against the Giants was full of backups who weren't playing their normal positions and it showed with Brady pressured all afternoon.

With the entire division in shambles it only takes a few wins to win it!

I will be very thankful for a win at Detriot in 3 days!

Going to be a tough couple years for Philly teams as they all are in rebuilding mode!

This is not good. I thought the NFL was concerned about concussions?

Case Keenum played with a concussion?

This was so egregious that the NFL should be severely chastised for what happened (or didn't happen). Should be interesting when the movie "Concussion" gets released. They're going to have to deflect a lot of bad PR.

Excellent points about the O-Line; I wasn't entirely sure if all 3 would return today. I knew they were back at practice but I didn't want to assume too much. Back when they went out, I was just glad that Bryan Stork returned when he did.

Wow, the NYJ just cut Quinton Coples. Not like he was even remotely decent but the timing is odd considering how we were gonna let him walk after the season. Bowles sending a message after the most recent debacle that was yesterday's game. He'll be in BUF in no time.

Why would the Cin/Cle game go to Fox?
I thought CBS did all AFC away games, and Fox did all NFC away game during the 1pm & 4pm time slots?
