I don't remember what game it was but I do remember seeing him do it recently.

And complete randomness for shits and giggles:

or that D-lineman that sacked Rodgers in Atlanta back in 2010 and did the belt right over Rodgers??

Rodgers proceeded to carve that whole defense up the rest of the night when the Falcons were supposed to run away w/that game.

Nope it was Rodgers, I think it was in the Lions Hail Mary game, he ran it in for a TD if I'm remembering correctly.

I don't think it hurts anybody's feelings, and nobody gives a damn that he's giving away balls... But when you run 30 yards downfield to celebrate a first down, you're a jackass. When you intentionally walk into the middle of a group of defensive players to signal a first down, you're a jackass. And if your name isn't Cam Newton, you're getting a flag.

Wasn't there a baseball player that hurt his knee...TWICE...after hitting home runs and jumping onto homeplate, in a celebratory fashion?
This would have to take home the Darwin Award.

Comparing Aaron Rodgers *1* celebration move to Cocky Cam's library of them is in my opinion pretty useless. What, Aaron Rodgers celebration lasts all of about 2 1/2 seconds? While Cam almost acts like he's performing on a music video during his celebrations. And it would be another thing if Cam only celebrated after touchdowns, but a "Dab" after each first down? Really? And sometimes in the faces of the defense? Seriously?

If Cam Newton celebrated every touchdown with ONLY his "Dab" or ONLY his "Superman Shirt Tear", I wouldn't have a problem. However... I think he goes just a SMIDGE overboard.

Aaron Rodgers

Cam Newton

And my personal favorite. He's so interested in the fan reaction to his antics, he doesn't even watch where he's going.

For those of you Cam supporters who think me calling him cocky makes him any less of an athlete, you're sorely mistaken. I think he's a great quarterback, I think he's a hell of an athlete, and if he can continue to do what he did in 2015 on the field of PLAY, with maybe just a little bit less of the "in your face" attitude, Carolina's going to be a force to be reckoned with for the next several years.

I don't care who plays once the Falcons are eliminated. I said early on that if they win the first game, I'd rather then win it all.
