I was wondering when someone was going to mention that. His face was priceless. He needs to win another Super Bowl now.

You think Osweiler would have done worse than this?

13 for 23 passing for 141 yards
0 TD, 1 Int
2 fumbles, 1 lost

Eli knows he and Peyton would be tied with rings, and he'll have to win another in order to gloat in his face.

I'm calling it right now. Peyton doesn't retire. He ends up going to Houston or some other marginal playoff team hoping he can somehow guide them to another championship.

Tebow could've won the super bowl with this defense.

It's Super Bowl 50. The perfect ending for Peyton, and this game's record books.

Yep. Peyton would've dove on the ball. Cam was afraid of it.

Not really. They had very similar numbers tonight. Both threw a pick and had two fumbles. Peyton threw for 100 years less. QB rating about the same for each. Denver's defense was the difference.

I'm perfectly ok with Manning winning with a great defense after he got blamed all those years when his awful defenses let him down, and somehow it was always Manning's fault that they lost.

Absolutely. Manning's performance outperformed a _lot_ of Superbowl losers, even if it is up there with the worst of the winners.

*EDIT* Man, what a terrible word to get wrong.

If Peyton had a good game I think he might have gone out on top. The way he played today I'll bet he hangs around under the false assumption he can lead another team to a Super Bowl.

Cam had 22 incomplete passes. Peyton attempted 23. Obviously it was because of Denver's D... But Cam stunk tonight. If it weren't for the 2 or 3 broken plays, he wouldn't have thrown for more than 175.

Rumor is Titans but that wouldn't make any sense because they've got Mariota.
