It's the right decision considering he had effectively no chance of getting SCOTUS to hear the case. Best case would have been delaying the suspension a few more months by appealing it, which would have hurt the Patriots more than him missing the first four mostly winnable games.

Kicker Justin Tucker and the Ravens reached an agreement on a four-year, $16.8 million deal with $10.8 million guaranteed. That makes him the second-highest paid kicker in the league (in average salary) behind Stephen Gostkowski, who has a 4-year, $17.2 million deal, and the $10.8 million in guaranteed money exceeds the $10.1 million Gostkowski received last year.

The Jets and Mo Wilkerson reached an agreement on a long-term contract before the deadline. It's a pretty big surprise as there haven't really been any reports of the sides even talking and most reporters believing the Jets were planning on moving on from Wilkerson after the season.

I would guess this new Wilkinson deal lowers his cap hit for this year, and makes room to sign Fitzy.

And let's face it, it's a team friendly contract considering what some of these DL got paid. Malik Jackson I'm looking at you buddy!

Broncos showed that you can win a SB without a stud QB. Hoping the Jets D can take that next step.

Ironic that the Broncos won with a QB that played worse than Tebow.

Tebow's QBR was still substantially worse compared to Peyton when comparing their last full seasons. A 46.5% completion rate will do that to you.

Tebow 2011 QBR: 29.48
Peyton Manning 2015 QBR: 44.96

More proof stats don't mean anything other than to statisticians and fantasy football players.

Perhaps, but Peyton could receive the ball from a wheelchair and have the noodle arm and he'd still be a better option than Tebow.

I love Tebow, but this is 100% correct.
