Mike Leslie of WFAA Channel 8 in Dallas reports Ezekiel Elliott can prove his innocence against his assault accuser.
Elliott reportedly "has messages saved on his phone proving his ex-girlfriend is trying to set him up." Four witnesses dispute the assault ever took place, while TMZ released a 9-1-1 call of Elliott's accuser, Tiffany Thompson, who sounded quite calm and collected on the phone. Thompson accused Elliott of beating her for a week straight. The Cowboys do not believe the woman's claims.

Part of the reason nobody is bidding on the naming rights is because the stadium owner Metropolitan Football Stadium District says that Sports Authority isn't allowed to change the stadium's name without their consent, so even if somebody wins the auction there's no guarantee they could get the naming rights changed. MFSD would be unlikely to approve anyone taking over the deal because they could probably double the sponsorship money if/when Sports Authority defaults, which will likely happen on August 1 when Sports Authority's next payment is due.

There would have to be an actual investigation for someone to be cleared. The NFL has nothing to gain from pursuing HGH use from a now retired player. All it would do is make the league look bad and Roger will have none of that.

It was not hard work or a miracle that let him ball again, it was hgh plain as day for all to see, just no one cares. It is why the crap should be legal to use and at the minimum be implemented safely by team doctors.

Not surprised it's taken so long due to his drug issues. If he hadn't had those issues he would have been in years ago.

Exactly, he was one of the few athletes I looked up to. I met him, and his family at a Toys R Us by just running into him knowing who he was. I have a few pictures with him and a few autographs when he would be at a booth at our local grocery store doing these things for people. When the news broke out that he a drug addiction, I was in disbelief.

Probably in my eyes the best player the Jaguars ever had, and that speaks lots over a Fred Taylor, Jones-Drew, or Brunell.

Multiple reports are saying Tom Jackson is leaving ESPN and won't be a part of their NFL coverage this year. He had been with ESPN for 29 years. ESPN's NFL coverage will look very different this year with the departures of Jackson, Ray Lewis, Cris Carter, and Keyshawn Johnson and the arrivals of Matt Hasselbeck, Charles Woodson, and Randy Moss.
