My friend and I had a discussion about this not too long ago. I wonder what folks on here would say to the following scenario.

In the SAME division your team is in, if your team was going to be in last place no matter what, put in order the teams you'd like to see in 1st through 3rd place based on how much you like/dislike the other teams. Maybe a little note as to why you've put the team where you have...

So, for me it would be:

1st. Lions (Wish Megatron would have had a chance...)
2nd. Vikings (I'm over the Favre thing now...)
3rd. Bears (I just can't root for a team where the QB sits out with a hang-nail...)
4th. Packers

How about you?

Eagles and Redskins won't do squat in the playoffs so I'll always root for them when they play the Giants unless the seeding pushes the cowboys out.

1. Redskins
2. Eagles
3. Giants

Preferably:
1. Detroit (as my team)
2. Minnesota (Besides AP, I have no problem with them)
3. Chicago. (Don't like them, but don't really hate them)
4. Green Bay. (If I could make them go any lower, I would in a heartbeat!)

Ideally, following 4 weeks of this season:
1. Minnesota
2. Green Bay
3. Chicago
4. Detroit

Don't be sad. Take your shoes off and let the Purple Reign wash away all the sadness of those lesser teams.

They can and do print money, however Dallas games still always have higher viewership than other teams.

You can say it doesn't matter, but the facts are the Thanksgiving game would have less viewers if Dallas was not in it.

This is proven by the simple fact that the Dallas Thanksgiving game is always the highest draw of the day, over the other two games, and it's not close, it's multi-millions of viewers.

The only games that generally draw more viewers than a random Cowboys game are the ones between the best teams in the league on a given week, and you can't predict that ahead of time. Even safe bets can have injury issues.

I understand why you as an Eagles fan despise it, but the NFL would be fools to ignore it and reduce their viewership just because they "print money".

That's debatable. Dallas always has a later game, given their location, which is one of the reasons viewership would be higher.

I'd rather pay full price Dunkin Donuts than see the Jets or Giants win.

This Rams defense is physical as hell and can get chippy. This is going to be a tough game for us on Sunday. We are going to have to stay level headed and grind out a win.

The ARZ game our respective teams thought to be tough now seems winnable and the LA game that seemed VERY winnable now seems tough.

There is a lot of change in the NFL from year to year. That's why ranking strength of schedule before the season even starts is asinine.

Lol still don't understand how someone can hate a team that much who isn't in their division. I couldn't care less if any other team won as long as it isn't a divisional opponent

Jets and Giants r tied at the hip. They share a stadium.

It's like if u hate someone u probably hate their husband or wife too.

I'm picking the Bills. I just can't see a Jeff Fisher team getting to 3 games over .500.

My most hated team will always be the Ravens.

Haven't been in our division since 2001, but the rivalry remained strong through 2008. Our playoff losses to them in the 2000 and 2008 seasons were the most heartbreaking losses I've witnessed. Road to the Super Bowl went through Nashville and we straight gift-wrapped those games to them.

Always hated Ray Lewis more than any player. If he had gone to prison like he should have, we'd have two rings.

Also hate the Steelers with a passion as well... but my hate for the Texans and Colts has grown more in recent years.

He's capable of it, but he's notorious for back to back 6 game losing streaks in 09 and 10.

In 2010, we started off 5-2 and finished 6-10. Give him some time... he'll screw this up.

Aaron Donald is who keeps me up at night this week. He is so disruptive, and he can absolutely wreck a game plan.
