I wouldn't want a QB that runs for 100 yards per game, where are Vick and RG III now? Run first QBs can be electrifying and exciting but it's not sustainable offense, especially against play-off caliber defenses that will make your QB pay for all that downfield running. Oh and Scam Newton, dude might be the biggest scrambling QB ever and he still gets rocked like a pinata on a regular basis.

The issue here is, IMO, that he's getting too many carries. Henry should be getting more carries in the 2nd half to further wear down defenses and keep Murray fresh. I don't want a completely split backfield, but I'd like to see Murray getting 20-25 carries a game and Henry getting 10-15. Always depends on game flow, but we need to be running close to 60% of our plays. Mariota has not been great and part of that is due to horrible play calling and our receivers not getting open.

Obviously there is no way to predict the future, so I will let history be my guide. Murray left a dream situation with that Dallas O-Line for a few more dollars. Then one year later when the going was getting tough he cried his way out.
You mean to tell me if Tennessee goes on to lose 8 straight or something like that, DeMarco will all of a sudden become a "rah rah" guy? LOL! Highly unlikely.
Either way we are going to find out.

As long as he slides/runs out of bounds and passes for over 300/game with no pickles...yeah I'm all for that!

looking more and more like the NFL is coming to Las Vegas. Just jumped a huge hurdle with the Nevada Senate agreeing to pay that huge tax bill for the new dome ($750m). Raiders will contribute the $500m that the NFL promised them after losing the Los Angeles bid earlier this year.

Can you imagine the Superbowl in Vegas?

Well, if we lose 8 games in a row we're going to have a ton of players being outspoken and complaining. Murray could easily be one of them, but as long as he's being properly used, I think he'll keep his cool.

He and his agent singled out TN as a place he'd want to be... Murray had to be fully aware that we were 5-27 the last two seasons and this was going to be a process. He shouldn't be shocked if we are in the 4-6 win range. Although we currently have a great opportunity to finally go on a win streak. Browns, Colts, Jags up next... all at home. If we lose to the Browns this Sunday, which I still have a bad feeling we will, then the whole season is down the drain.

Just saying as a fan... it's a good opportunity to finally witness a turnaround. Do I expect it? No. Putting faith in this team has been proven to be incredibly stupid for many years. I'll continue to hope for the best and expect the worst. Which is why in pick 'em I will be choosing the Browns this weekend. Picked the Dolphins last week and that worked out, so I might as well stick to it.

Me neither, but not totally outside the realm of possibilities in today's NFL. I mean, after all, just this season we've witnessed a rookie QB come in an replace a broken aged star sans his superstar WR and amass a nice record with a rookie RB in DAL, so I suppose there's hope.

Dak Prescott>Fitzmagic and Ezekiel Elliott>Forte and Powell. Not to mention we do have a top 3 offensive line and some good weapons in the passing game, even without Dez.
