Same can be said for the Raiders, we win games were supposed to lose, and lose games were supposed to win, hopefully this Sunday isnt one of those games

Raiders 31 Browns 9 1/2

Hopefully it is one of those Sundays. Not to worry Navster we've been throwing a lot of 2 yard slants on 3 and long all year. We can't and don't stretch the field. Our running backs get hammered for little gain, then we air out a 2 yarder.

Brandon Lloyd is up for trade but he's not much of a scoring threat and he's 30 so I doubt he will command much value.

I think if we lose by at least 15 points or more. I'm going to admit that we are probably the worst team in the League.

Points Scored..
Week 1: 16
Week 2: 3
Week 3: 10
Week 4: 10
Week 5: 20

Scoring under 20 points a few years back would give us the win because we had a very solid defense and we relied behind them to win, but now when you have teams that can run & gun up and down the field every week. 25 points or more has to be the minimum if you're going to compete in the NFL. With a young Rookie QB that's not going to happen.

At least the only positive thing right now is that Gabbert is getting better each week.

I'm not one to automatically blame the coach, but Del Rio is done. He needs to be removed so that all the youth on that team can get a real winning leader.

From being potentially AFC South champs to being the worst team in the League.

Making the worst move or 2nd worst move in our history, and one of the worst seasons played so far. I'm starting to get used to losing which is not a good thing.

I would say hope for your own "suck for Luck" campaign but I doubt the Jags would draft him. But then again, they could get A LOT of draft pick for 1st in the upcoming draft. This was the year they NEEDED to win the division with Peyton out.

^^ We can only hope that we can surround Gabbert with some good players.

I was just thinking..... Gabbert is only 21. Manning, Schaub, and Hasselbeck have a few years left and if he is the future for our Franchise. The power may finally shift on our side. Something to look forward to

Unless the Colts Draft Luck who is regarded as the next Manning and let him sit behind Manning learning for 2-3 years becoming even greater......

Sorry, had to say it. Worked so well for Rodgers and Luck is considered much better coming out of college.

ST. LOUIS -- After a bye week, Steven Jackson and the rest of the Rams will return to the real world in a hurry: They play Sunday at Green Bay, which has looked like the class of the NFL in winning its first five games.

Jackson, who has rushed for 100-plus yards in each of the last two meetings with the Packers, is upbeat about his team's chances against the Packers.

"I expect us to win," Jackson said. "I feel healthy. I think I can shoulder the load that I'm used to shouldering."

Jackson suffered a quadriceps injury on the first offensive play from scrimmage in a 31-13 season-opening loss to Philadelphia. He missed the following game and returned to the lineup on Sept. 25 in a 37-7 loss to Baltimore. He hasn't really been at full strength, but the week of rest has helped.

"I feel great, I feel back to the point where I'm 100 percent," he said. "I'm able to run, cut, spin and do all the things I was able to do before the injury."

The Rams will need their workhorse to ease some of the pressure on quarterback Sam Bradford, too. Jackson has been impressive in practice this week, according to rookie tight end Lance Kendricks.

"He definitely looks like he's healthy again," Kendricks said. "I'm looking forward to seeing what he's going to do out there."

First-year offensive co-coordinator Josh McDaniels said Jackson has regained that extra burst that was missing while he was slowed by the injury.

"He's ready to go full steam ahead," McDaniels said. "He's run the ball well, he's caught the ball well."

Counting on it, since I'm using Greg Jennings and James Starks in fantasy but I think the biggest reason the Rams are going to get smoked is they have no defense. We should smoke them too after we lose to the Patriots in a barn-burner.

Nah I think that'll be Bruce Carter after he explodes onto the scene for the next 11 weeks and has 90 tackles, 5+ forced fumbles and 3+ INTs.

Don't forget Von Miller, who has 5 sacks and 2 forced fumbles already. Patrick Peterson could get into the race if he keeps up his tackle numbers and grabs some more interceptions.

I wonder if Cam Newton will be Rookie of the Year, doubt the kid has any real competition right now, even if the Panthers suck out loud.

AJ Green is really his only competition right now for offensive rookie of the year. When you look at the rookie running backs, Cam Newton has more rushing TDs than any of them. Only 3 rookies have more rushing yards than him and it's not a huge gap.

We'll see what happens. If I had to pick a guy right now who I think wins it at the end of the year, it would be between Kerrigan and Miller, but there's still a lot of time left. Devin McCourty didn't even have an interception last year until week 7 and he ended up being in contention for the award with 7 picks.
