I was sooooo happy when that turd didn't get a first ballot to the HoF. I hope the writers make him wait as long as possible.

Now, hopefully this off season when Philly signs an elite WR, he's not a total head case. Might be a tough request as a good amount of WRs are divas.
True in less they can find someone like the old Marvin Harrison who just played the game great and kept his mouth shut.

I wish Philly would just cut Huff and give Paul Turner(from the practice squad) a look. This guy was making ODB-like catches in the preseason. Sure it's just the preseason, but now is as good a time as any to see what they have with him.
I really think this guy could turn into a solid possession receiver like Harrison, back in the day.

So over the weekend, the Jags got rid of Greg Olson as OC, and promoted QB's coach Nathaniel Hackett to take his place. Either way, most if not all of the coaching staff including Gus Bradley will be gone come January.

Also this past Sunday, Tom Couglin's name was mentioned by Schefter on ESPN as a possible candidate as the next Jaguars coach. Not sure what to believe from Schefter, but it's a thought for the team's future into offseason.

Apparently, he's ill so it was a personal decision.

Also, the NYJ sign Knile Davis while waiting on Spiller's response. Spiller agrees, they cut Davis. Talk about a cut throat business.

Coughlin coming back home to his first HC gig in the NFL, nice career arc. I bet he'd do well there again.

NFL MVP odds (via @BovadaLV):

Tom Brady 5-4
Matt Ryan 11-2
Ezekiel Elliott 15-2
Dak Prescott 12-1

Maybe we'll get lucky and one of the Cowboys will win instead of Tom!

Zeke and Dak cancel each other out.
Barring injury or an epic collapse, Brady wins easily.

The big difference with the cubs is being a big market team they can spend $$ & have a top 10 payroll.

Thats why the world series winner was in the top 15 payroll for like the last 13 yrs.

NFL = salary cap everybody shares the wealth - you cant buy it like in baseball so its alot harder.

Well the first part just happened! Good riddance!
Guy is a total moron, as evidenced by his comments yesterday. And just think, if he had been pulled over a few hundred feet earlier he probably just would've gotten a small fine for the weed.

Now, Philly, please promote Paul Turner!

Me too! My fantasy team wouldn't mind a high scoring shootout with no Bucs turnovers or sacks allowed though.

I like Prescott and Elliott's chances against the vaunted Falcons' offense. That would probably end up being one of the highest scoring play-off games of all-time.
